Clinical Study On The Effect Of Moxibustion On Wound Healing After Low Anal Fistula Operation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency and safety of Moxibustion method for wounds healing after operation of anal fistula.Method:Will meet the criteria included80cases of anal fistula were randomly divided into four groups. There are20cases in each group. There is no statistical point (P>0.05)in the difference of the age, sex, course of disease and symptoms before treatments of the four groups of patients. So they are comparable.Blank group were treated with conventional treatment (Chinese medicine bath and specialist dressing).acupuncture moxibustion with wounds moxibustion group were treated after surgery on the basis of conventional treatment for24hours.acupuncture moxibustion group were treated after surgery on the basis of conventional treatment for24hours Wound moxibustion group were treated after surgery on the basis of conventional treatment for24hours.By observing the postoperative wound size, wound healing rate, granulation tissue growth, wound healing time, wound healing and scar situation overall effect30days after treatment, the data processing and statistical processing and analysis, the final evaluation of its safety.Results:1of the selected80patients is off case,every group have no significant difference in gender,age,disease duration and operation wound area. The acupuncture moxibustion with wounds moxibustion group in the general efficacy,the rate of wound healing(after fourteenth days and twenty-first days), wound granulation conditions(after fourteenth days and twenty-first days),the wound healing time and surgical scar quality are better than the other three groups,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Acupuncture moxibustion group and wound moxibustion group are better than Blank group in the rate of wound healing(after twenty-first days), wound granulation conditions(after fourteenth days and twenty-first days)and the wound healing time,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Moxibustion use during the treatment process and the whole does not appear serious adverse reactions in clinical practice. Conclusion:The moxibustion method for wounds healing after operation of anal fistula to promote clinical efficacy of wound healing after anal fistula operation, can raise wound healing rate, promote the growth of granulation tissue, shorten the time of wound healing, improve the scar less effective. Bath therapy operation is simple, economical and practical, easy to be accepted by the patient, fully embodies the Chinese medicine’s advantages and characteristics, clinical worth promoting.
