| ObjectiveBased on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, that is a therapy to eliminate the purulence and further the growth of granulation, the clinical effects of different doses of Hong You ointment on wound healing after anal fistula were studied. The dose control study was tried to observe the clinical effect of different doses of Hong You ointment on wound healing.According to the clinical observation indicators, explore the suitable dosage,in order to use the Hong You ointment reasonably in a relatively safe and effective dosage range, and make the Hong You ointment more objectively and quantitatively, guide and apply it to the clinic safely, which is indended to advoid Drug toxic accumulation leading to adverse reactions in the body, and to promote wound healing to the greatest extent, reduce wound pain, achieve the purpose of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency.MethodCase source:From June 2018 to February 2019,a low anal fistula hospitalized in the anorectal department of Longhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Patients who met the enrollment were randomly divided into three groups:observation group A:low-dose Hong You ointment gauze group 20 mg/cm2;observation group B:high-dose Hong You ointment gauze group30 mg/cm2;control group:The vaseline gauze group was 20mg/cm2.The clinical indexes of wound-healing time and wound pain, exudation, granulation growth, purulence of the three different groups on the 1st,3rd,5th,7th and 10th day after operation were analyzed to evaluate the effect of Hong You ointment.Results1.There was no significant difference in healing time between high dose group and low dose group(p>0.05),but it was statistically different from the vaseline-control group(p<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in exudation, purulence and granulation growth on the 1st,3rd,5th,7th and 10th day after operation in the three groups(p>0.05).;There was no significant difference in exudation, purulence and granulation growth on the first day after operation in the three groups(p>0.05);3.There were significant differences in exudation, purulence and granulation growth on the 3rd,5th,7th and 10th day after operation(p<0.05).Conclusions1.Hong You ointment has the function of purulence–elimination and the granulation-acceleration,which can shorten the healing time and promote wound healing;2.High-dose Hong You ointment gauze is superior to low-dose group and control group in early wound decompression;Low-dose Hong You ointment gauze is more effective in accelerating Granulation;... |
