Objective:Objective To compare and study the effects of points of different nerve segments to regulate oxytocin neurons in hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus and intragastric pressure between the Sham-operated rats and model rats after high cervical spinal transected to explore acupuncture signal transduction pathways of different nerve segments on adjusting gastric function.Provide the theory of the meridians and Zang-fu with the solid basis for modern science.Methods:The intragastric pressure was detected by inserted the balloon in stomach to record the changes of intragastric pressure and C3cervical spinal segment of each group rats respectively were subjected to Sham-operation and transection of the spinal cord to observe the gastric internal pressure changes before and after acupuncture of "Zusanli""Neiguan"and"Weishu"。After the experiment2h, each group rats by heart perfusion is removed the hypothalamus and part of hippocampus tissue to paraffin embedding,and use double immunohistochemical technique respectively to observe the double the expression of oxytocin neurons and c-fos neurons in the hypothalamus paraventricular nucleus.Results:1.Effects of acupuncturing points of different nerve segments on intragastric pressure of high cervical spinal transection in rats.(1)Comparison in acupoints group before and after acupuncture①The gastric internal pressure are higher than before when acupunctureing Zusanli point and Neigua point of the Sham-operated groups and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),However,The gastric internal pressure is reduced when acupuncture shenshu point and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).②The rise of gastric internal pressure is not obvious when acupunctureing Zusanli and Neiguan of high cervical spinal transection groups and it had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05),However,The gastric internal pressure is reduced when acupunctureing Weishu point, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)(2)Comparison between the acupoints in groups①Compared with the Sham-operated groups when acupunctureing Zusanli and Neiguan, differential pressure values of high cervical spinal transection model rats are reduced, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).②Compared with the Sham-operated groups when acupunctureing Weishu point,differential pressure values of high cervical spinal transection model rats has no obvious change,and the difference has no statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Effects of acupuncturing points of different nerve segments on oxytocin neurons in hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus of high cervical spinal transection in rats(1)Comparison between the acupoints in groups①Cmpared with high cervical spinal transection model rats,the number of OT/c fos-double standard cell is increased for Sham-operated rats and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).when acupunctureing Zusanli and Neiguan.②Compared with high cervical spinal transection model rats,the number of OT/c fos-double standard cell is decreased for Sham-operated rats and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).when acupunctureing Weishu.(2)Comparison inside the acupoints in groups①Sham-operated group:Compared with Weishu point, the number of OT/c fos-double standard cells acupunctureing Zusanli point and Neiguan point is reduced, with significant difference②The difference is not obvious for the number of OT/c fos-double standard cell between different groups of acupoints and there is no statistical sense (P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.The high cervical spinal is the key link for ascending acupuncture signal pathways of different nerve segments acupoints2.The adjustment effect of gastric internal pressure and oxytocin neurons in the PVN is also different for different nerve segments acupoints when spinal cord is integral.There is a specific link between meridian and Zangfu,It is reveal that "many acupoints controlling one viscus"is relative specificity.3. The adjustment effect of gastric internal pressure is also different for different nerve segments acupoints;participation of the spinal cord central is necessary for Different nerve segments acupoints on the adjustment of gastric internal pressure,but it can be adjusted between the spinal cord for the same spinal segments acupoints.
