Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Optic Neuritis With Combination Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicines

Objective: By observing the effects of salvianolate on different levels ofvisual function ofoptic neuritis treatment to improve the situation, to explore the value of injectionfor treatment of salvianolate optic neuritis, provide objective basis for clinical treatment, the prognosis of optic neuritis.Method: Methylprednisolone pulse therapy, based on45cases of optic neuritis patientsrespectively application of salvianolate injection combined with large dose methylprednisolone methylprednisolone pulse therapy, two groups were assistedvasodilator, energy mixture, vitamin and other supportivetreatment, comparedbefore and after treatment, visual acuity, visual field visual evoked potential,fundus conditions index.Result:The study found, the cause of optic neuritis complicated, upper respiratorytractinfection in4cases,1cases of pneumonia,1cases with pulpitis, sinusitis in3cases,1cases of multiple sclerosis,1cases of syphilis,1case of encephalomyelitis,1cases of neuromyelitis optica, diabetes in3cases,1cases,systemic lupus lupus drying syndrome in2cases,1cases of lactation. Among the26patients with no obvious cause of morbidity. Admission: no light perception vision~index in14eyes,0.01~0.08in14eyes,0.1~0.3in18eyes,0.4~0.6in12eyes,0.7~1.0in8eyes. Visual field examination: full field scotomain2eyes,32eyes expanded central scotoma, paracentral scotoma in22eyes,5eyes of physiological blind spot, annular scotoma in4eyes, arcuate scotoma in1eyes. VEP: no P100wave in6eyes,42eyes of which leads to the P100wavelatency,30eyes,12eyes, the abnormal r ate was71.4%; the amplitudedecreased in16eyes,26eyes of the amplitudeof the normal, abnormal rate was38.1%.23routine head MRI examination,1cases of brain white matterdemyelination, accounted for4.3%; integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group, the total efficiency is91%, the western medicine treatment group, the total efficiency is78.8%, the former was higher than that of the latter.Conclusion:Application of salvianolate injection combined with hormone in the treatment ofoptic neuritis can not only can improve the efficacy, shorten the course of treatment, the effective recovery of visual function, but also avoid the side effectsof long-term use of hormone is inevitable. Salvianolate in treatment ofretrobulbar neuritis has clinical application value and significance.
