Observation On Curative Effect Of Warming Acupuncture And Moxibustion On Patellar Adipose

Purpose: To investigate the curative effect of warming needle moxibustiontreatment of infrapatellar fat pad inflammation analysis and contrast.Material and method:48cases of infrapatellar fat pad inflammationpatients as the research object, including17cases of male patients,31femalepatients, aged40-72years old, average56years old, the course of disease was4months~9years, mean4years, left the infrapatellar fat pad inflammationin25cases, on the right side of the infrapatellar fat pad inflammation in19cases in4cases, bilateral infrapatellar fat pad inflammation, according toa completely randomized design is divided into the treatment group and thecontrol group. Patients in the treatment group25cases, control group patients23cases, the treatment group is used in conjunction with TDP lamp irradiationand herbal drugs warming needle moxibustion Xiyan cave, drug phonophoresistreatments, the control group was treated with TDP lamp irradiation and herbalmedicine, drug phonophoresis treatment,10days for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of three after treatment of two groups of patients wereassessed.Results：Scoring standards using Japanese Department of orthopedics Institute(JOA) to score before and after treatment in treatment group; and accounted for14cases, good in8cases,1cases, poor in2cases, the excellent and good ratewas88%: in the control group and7cases of benign,7cases, which accountedfor4cases, poor:5cases, the excellent and good rate was60.87%. The treatmentgroup than the control group and the P<0.05.Conclusion：the JOA score before and after the system analysis of subpatellarfat pad inflammation score and improve the patients, with comprehensive treatment of needle warming moxibustion method can get better curative effectin clinic.
