Therapeutic Effect Of Cranial Injection On Lidocaine In The Treatment Of Neurological Tinnitus

Purpose：To evaluate the curative effect of injection2%Lidocaine to Luxi fornerve tinnitus.Material and method：90patients met the criteria of the patients werehospitalized chronological numbering randomly divided into three groups,Control groupⅠof30patients, conventional treatment:0.9%sodium chlorideinjection100ml，Oxiracetam2g intravenous injection,0.9%sodium ChlorideInjection250ml，Ginkgo biloba extract20ml，intravenous injection; controlgroup Ⅱof30patients treated with the0.9%sodium chloride injection250ml，2%lidocaine injection10ml，based on the conventional therapy;30cases in theobservation group, treated with2%lidocaine injection1ml，to LuXi Xue basedon the conventional therapy.15days for a course，Tinnitus herein are gradedassessment of the extent of the experiment and after treatment. Grading thedegree of tinnitus observed improvement.Results：Control groupⅠ effective24cases,6cases were invalid, effectiverate was80.0%,Control group Ⅱ effective29cases,1cases were invalid,effective rate was96.7%,Observation group effective29cases,1cases wereinvalid, effective rate was96.7%, Control group Ⅱand the observation groupwere better than the Control groupⅠ(P <0.05), No significant difference in thecontrol group Ⅱ and the observation group (P>0.05).Conclusion：Luxi xue injection of2%Lidocaine treatment of neurogenictinnitus have satisfactory result,and no significant difference in efficacy withlidocaine infusionand.this method is simple, safe, non-toxic side effects.
