Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Yuanli Needle In The Treatment Of Primary Tinnitus

Research purposes:Nowadays,people’s life pressu re is increasing and the utilization of electronic devices such as headphones is increasing.Besides,the noise in the environment is increasing.As a result,the incidence of primary tinnitus is increasing gradually.A series of symptoms accompanied by tinnitus seriously affect people’s normal life and greatly reduce people’s quality of life,thus tinnitus has become a disease that deserves great attention.Throughout modern medicine,there is no systematic treatment for primary tinnitus supported by many hypotheses of pathogenesis,and now it tends to be adaptive therapy.In order to further optimize the treatment of primary tinnitus and explore a more effective treatment plan,this test evaluates and analyzes the tinnitus severity scale and the tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)by the application of the round-sharp needle therapy to observe the clinical efficacy and analyze the treatment principle of the round-sharp needle therapy.It provides a reliable theoretical basis and clinical data supporting the further promotion and use of the therapy,thus providing more effective clinical means for primary tinnitus.Research methods:All the patients were from the outpatient clinic of Liangzhi He,Chief Physician of Xiyuan Hospital,Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from June 2018 to March 2019.They all met the diagnostic criteria for primary tinnitus.Sixty patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study were selected and informed consent was signed.All 60 patients were treated with the round-sharp needle therapy,and the operator was Professor Liangzhi He.This test choose the round-sharp needle with the specification of 0.5×40mm and select the jiaji point of the 1-5th cervical vertebra(0.5 inch beside the midline),fengchi point,fully exposing the operation site,and quickly inserting the needle.Using the method of lifting and thrusting,perpendicular needling,proximal needling,each time the needle is stabbed two or three times,and at the same time,the patient’s feelings are inquired to determine the acupuncture strength.After the arrival of qi,the needle is immediately removed.The patients were treated once a day,five times for a course of treatment.The tinnitus severity was assessed by the tinnitus severity scale and THI before and after treatment.After the end of one course of treatment,the patients’ scores were analyzed to evaluate the effect of tinnitus.The statistic was analyzed by the software SPSS 20.0.Results:(1)Clinical efficacy analysis:Through the analysis of the tinnitus severity scale,9 patients with tinnitus were healed by the round-sharp needle therapy,45 patients with tinnitus were effective,and the total effective rate was 90%;through the analysis of THI,there were 9 patients with tinnitus healed and 42 patients were effective,the total effective rate was 85%.The round-sharp needle therapy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of primary tinnitus.(2)The scores of tinnitus severity before and after treatment with the round-sharp needle therapy were measured by paired-samples T test,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant;the symptom score comparison in the tinnitus severity scale before and after the treatment,using paired-samples T-test,the incidence of tinnitus,the duration of tinnitus,the effect of tinnitus on sleep,including the effect of tinnitus on work,the impact of tinnitus on mood and the overall feeling of patients with tinnitus,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The THI scores before and after treatment with the round-sharp needle therapy were compared by two paired-samples T test,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant;the patient’s functional,affective and serious scores before and after treatment were compared by two paired-samples T test,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Conclusion:The round-sharp needle therapy has a good curative effect on improving the severity and disability of the patient’s tinnitus,and the immediate analgesic effect is remarkable,safe,high-efficient and less invasive,and should be widely promoted in clinical practice.
