As the recession of ovarian function, the estrogen can decrease the secretion of femalephysiological function during the perimenopausal period, the imbalance of hormone secretion inthe body leads to the disorder of physiological metabolism, the resulting adverse disease is calledthe perimenopausal syndrome. The disease has a harmful effect on the quality of life.Accordingto the symptoms and hormone replacement therapy can effectively alleviate the symptoms, butwith the further study,it is found that the application in drug treatment of female itself hasincreased risk of disease in gynecological tumor, there is the possibility of cancer, so we mustfind a more safe and effective drugs to replace the female hormone, produced by the body tominimize damage.Phytoestrogens present in and in the human diet related dry bean. The results showed that theisoflavone rich soy peptide of a variety of natural plant contained higher plant estrogen, including genistein is strong activity in soybean isoflavone components. The body’s own estrogenin molecular structure with the same, and estrogen receptor are combined to produce the effect ofestrogen.Experiments with genistein for drug and in serum of female mice, ovary, uterus as the researchobject, for perimenopausal women’s hormone level changes, was representative of the hormone, hormone receptor gene, apoptosis protein and aromatase. ELISA method was used in mouseserum estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, inhibin A,inhibin B,follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone levels and ovarian tissue of Bax protein and Bcl-2protein expression.RT-PCR and fluorescence quantitative PCR method of mouse uterine and ovarianP450arom,CYP19,FSHR expression were measured to study the effects of genistein in themouse ovary and uterus of aromatase regulatory role.Experimental results showed that when the dose of genistein on perimenopausal mice weightwithout significant effect, the effect of estrogen could influence body weight of mice.Nosignificant effect of important organs of experimental did of genistein on perimenopausalmice.Determination of serum hormones found that genistein could made Inh-A,InhB, E2levelincreased,decreased the levels of FSH and LH,elevated levels of Bcl-2, Bax levels down, revealeffects of genistein on ovarian function protective effect may be associated with elevated serum levels of inhibin, thereby regulating sex hormone levels.Genistein was abled to make mice ovaryand uterus in P450arom mRNA,CYP19mRNA and FSHR mRNA expression increased, played asignificant role for estrogen revealed genistein by regulating aromatase and follicle stimulatinghormone receptor gene to improved perimenopausal ovarian and uterine function.
