The Oroqen was a small ethnic minority which made a living by hunting as the main way of life. Since being settled for just 60 years, the Oroqens experienced great changes, which concluded the direct social transformation from the late primitive society and the economic transformation that gradually by hunting turned into the agriculture. In the background of the leaping historical development, The Oroqen appeared such problems including the cultural imbalance, death and disease. The author once considered that whether the development of the small ethnic minority which was inhabited in the "natural oxygen bar" big area of Xing’an Mountains was also influenced by health problems? Leading by the problem consciousness, in this research the author mainly choose from the Oroqen adults’disease condition, population structure, deaths and lifestyle changes, so as to achieve the purpose of a comprehensive understanding of their physical and mental health development. In this paper, the author uses the research methods of document, questionnaire investigation, interviews, observation and participant observation to explore the main factors that affect the Oropen people’ health conditions. On the basis of the above questions, the author wants to put forward constructive guidance and then carry out health education from the popularization of medical knowledge, awareness of disease and its own physical exercise.In the first part of this thesis, the author introduced the general situation of Newborn Oroqen Nationality Townships, including local natural environment, rich resources and the legacy of traditional culture, community, population distribution, the life of the villagers and the development of local tourism culture. Then in the second chapter, the study mainly discussed the history and present situation of Peoples’healthy development in the Newborn Oroqen Nationality Townships. About the analysis of the Oropens’health development, this paper mainly analyzed from the population structure to the health and disease deaths. The third chapter interpreted the influential factors on the local Oropens’heath conditions. The author in this paper mainly talked about the peoples’health perspectives, the influence of alcohol and daily eating habits, and then used biological culture perspective of medical anthropology theory to explain. The fourth chapter introduced the traditional way of health education in the Newborn Oroqen Nationality Townships, and from the villagers’ cultural level, the hospital health facilities and the support degree of government various work to analyze the factors restricting the development of local Oropens’ health education, and then put forward the schemes that can carry out.Based on the data collection and analysis, the conclusion of this paper is: first, new countryside olunchun villagers health concern. The survey results show that the local villagers’ average age is low, also middle-aged and old people is not so much and age structure is not reasonable; in regards to the height, weight and BMI, the indicators of the Oropen adult men and women are lower than the national level of farmers and the development of whole bone and muscle is not perfect; with respect to the Psychological quality, the local adults’mental health level is higher, and the somatization and psychotic is significantly higher than the national norm level; about the illness and death, most of the old man have the phenomenon of high blood pressure, especially women, and the proportion of male patients with cerebral infarction and heart disease is significantly higher than women. Second, the cultural adaptation and cultural change has a decisive role on the healthy development of the Oropens. The changes of social history and culture and the degrees of cultural adaptation determine the change of disease patterns in the region. For the health problems of the Oropens, we can’t only focus on the external conditions, but we should be more aware of the importance of the culture which hidden behind the disease patterns. Third, it is very important to carry out health education to improve the health of the Oropens. Local people’s health consciousness is weak and they lack the correct understanding of the disease. Therefore the work of health education and the propaganda of disease knowledge have important significance to the healthy development of the masses in the Oropen areas.
