Purpose:By using the theory of “appearance and spirit”to analysis the effect of the malignant tumor patients with obstructive jaundice who treat with biliary stent and Chinese medicine treatment.Material and method:Selection of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital oncology in October 2012 to July 2014, during the hospitalization of all secondary malignant tumor patients with obstructive jaundice, the comprehensive materials, and in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria selection, selection standard patients into groups. Will into the group of patients with Chinese medicine treatment, the corresponding line according to whether the bile duct stent, divided into stent combined traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and pure Chinese medicine group. By using the theory of realm and evaluating the effect of two groups before and after treatment, in view of the "shape" curative effect evaluation includes: the physical and chemical index, survival, for "god" the curative effect of evaluation include: general status score and TCM symptom scores.Results:1. This into the group of patients, a total of 36 cases, including stent combined traditional Chinese medicine group 15 cases, pure Chinese medicine group 21 cases, including 36 cases(100%) patients using a traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth or proprietary Chinese medicine. In patients with primary lung cancer types: 36 cases, bile duct carcinoma, most for 19 cases, followed by liver cancer in 5 cases, 4 cases of pancreatic cancer, 4 cases of gastric carcinoma, 3 cases of colon cancer, non-hodgkin’s lymphoma in 1 case, more than half of the patients with metastasis.2. Evaluation of "form" 2.1 bile duct stent combined traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) compared to pure traditional Chinese medicine treatment, patients can obviously reduce the serum bilirubin level, especially to reduce the effect of total bilirubin and direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin reducing effect is not obvious; Bile duct stent combined therapy with Chinese medicine cannot reduce transaminase level. Patients with biliary stent can partially improve "injury". 2.2 bile duct stent combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment to prolong survival in patients with the effect is not ideal. 3. Evaluation of "god" 3.1 bile duct stent with traditional Chinese medicine therapy can significantly improve the patients’ general condition(KPS score), obviously improve the patients "god" of damage; 3.2 bile duct stent with traditional Chinese medicine therapy for all symptoms overall response rate was 57.1%, the total curative effect evaluation for "efficient", compared to pure Chinese medicine group total remission rate 33.7%, have obvious advantages. Which the various stent combined traditional Chinese medicine group response rate: 74.4% jaundice, abdominal distension, loss of appetite, 77.8% and 73.1%, curative effect for *; 50% fever, fatigue, abdominal pain, 60% and 42.85% god, insomnia, constipation, ascites, 50% and 55.5%, 33.3% 58.3% lower extremity edema, curative effect is effective; Diarrhea 0% 0%, angular, urine 0% less curative effect as invalid.Conclusion:1. The bile duct stent with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) therapy in patients with malignant tumor secondary obstructivejaundice "injury" and "kind" both have certain relief, achieve unity of relatively uniform. 2. Bile duct stent combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment of patients with a partial response form injury, but was unable to extend the patients survival. 3. Bile duct stent patients with combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment can significantly improve in the short term, especially to the improvement of jaundice, abdominal distension, loss of appetite effect is remarkable. 4. The clinical application of bile duct stent and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), cooperate with radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other means, the common treatment of malignant tumor secondary jaundice, in order to achieve the best forward curative effect.
