Purpose:By collating 570 cases of chronic cough in children of the Professor Wang Xuefeng,study the occurrence regularity of the Specific Endowment Constitution with pediatric chronic cough and the correlation of TCM syndrome type distribution,reveal the clinical characters of pediatric chronic cough,provide the basis for guiding clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.Method:Collected in 570 cases of December 2013 to December 2014 Professor Wang Xuefeng in outpatient departments of children with chronic cough, according to the clinical manifestations of children with chronic cough with self-made Special Endowment Constitution observation table,Based on the general information, medical history, family history, main symptoms and signs and other records, and observe its clinical features and distribution of TCM syndromes.Results:1,The specific endowment constitution of chronic cough in children with 308 cases, 186 cases were boys,122 cases were girls;the non-specific endowment constitution of chronic cough in children with 262 cases,150 cases were boys,112 cases were girls, two groups of sex ratio comparison of P>0.05, no significance. 2, The specific endowment constitution of chronic cough in children with a history of eczema in a large proportion, reached 74.68%, followed by pneumonia(20.13%), urticaria(11.04%); family history in one or both parents suffering from allergic rhinitis the most, followed by respectively urticaria, eczema, food or drug allergies and asthma in the original; can be detected in dustmite allergy, allergy, acaroid mites main, elm, willow, poplar and other, pork, beef, mutton, short ragweed wormwood, pollen and so on also have a higher proportion of.Conclusion:1, Children with special endowment constitution upholds to parents, and stimulation by acquired environmental factors. 2, The specific endowment constitution incidence in children has its unique characteristics of pathogenesis and syndromes. 3, The specific endowment constitution in children with chronic cough disease manifestations were complex, combined with information on all aspects of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
