Professor Hai-bo Sun's Experience In Treating Chronic Laryngitis

Purpose:Professor hai-bo sun now at liaoning university affiliated hospital otolaryngology of traditional Chinese medicine division, has studied the old Chinese medicine stem progenitor hope professor and professor of liaoning provincial famous doctor hongquan li,engaged in clinical work more than 30 years, further study of the four classic, etc.,good at using the otolaryngology disease, the treatment in acute or chronic sore throat, tonsillitis, especially with secretory otitis media, sinusitis, syndrome differentiation and treatment of oral mucosal disease with its original ideas has obtained the good curative effec.t The author followed professor hai-bo sun clinical study more than two years, through the observation sums up professor hai-bo sun’s clinical experience in the treatment of chronic laryngitis, so as to the understanding of TCM of chronic laryngitis, provides new train of thought and diagnosis and treatment experience.Material and method:This paper through two most account, the first part is clinical study, the author will follow hai-bo sun teacher on March 1, 2014 to June 30, in liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital otolaryngology department of 60 patients with slow laryngeal staple diagnosis standard curative effect observation of two months, in the treatment of lung and kidney Yin deficiency type, summarized the understanding and treatment of chronic laryngitis aspects analysis summary,for the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation treatment of chronic laryngitis provides new train of thought and experience.The second part is the author through literature retrieval, reading ancient books, review of ancient and modern physicians to chronic laryngitis research and progress of the etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation treatment of sortingand literature review.Results: 1.Understanding of chronic laryngitis, traditional and modern medical research, ancient and modern subject that the study of its progress. 2.Hai-bo sun teacher advocated to check the reason on the treatment of diseases, is good at analyzing the characteristics of the drug, at the same time of evidence-based medicine emphasized the importance of enhance their own resistance to disease.Conclusion:Professor hai-bo sun in has the rich clinical experience and original ideas, he USES the comprehensive therapy to treat kidney Yin deficiency type of clinical curative effect of chronic laryngitis,at the same time improve the patients life and voice quality has a certain advantage,worthy of clinical application, for the Chinese medicine treatment of chronic laryngitis provides valuable experience and new ideas.
