Clinical Observation Bushenyifei Explore Rehabilitation Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Stabilization Period (Lung And Kidney Qi Deficiency Type)

Purpose: By invigorating the lung rehabilitation in patients with chronic obstructivepulmonary disease (lung and kidney deficiency type) explore clinical observation, confirmsthe feasibility of pulmonary rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine, to observe theclinical lung and kidney deficiency type the clinical curative effect of patients with chronicobstructive pulmonary disease stabilization as well as the related research data (BODE) andintegral syndrome indications, selecting the most effective methods of rehabilitation oftraditional Chinese medicine, study and formulate a set of reasonable and effective recoveryplan.Method: On chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stabilization (class II) patients wererandomly divided into treatment of rent (invigorating the lung rehabilitation group) andcontrol group (traditional Chinese medicine treatment group),30cases each, through theobservation of the clinical curative effect and BODE scores, CAT scores before and aftercomparison, to judge the merits of the two groups.Result: Method of invigorating the lung rehabilitation group total effective rate was96.7%, Chinese medicine treatment group total effective rate was76.7%, for lung andbenefiting kidney rehabilitation group is superior to the traditional Chinese medicinetreatment group, comparing the two groups have significant difference (P <0.05). Fill lungand benefiting kidney rehabilitation method group can more effectively alleviate the patient’ssymptoms, improve the exercise endurance.Conclusion: By invigorating the lung rehabilitation method for the treatment of chronicobstructive pulmonary disease stabilization (lung and kidney deficiency type) explore clinicalobservation, curative effect is distinct, explain the traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitationmethod for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stability effectively.
