Purpose:The patients who suffered acute myocardial infarction took PCI. After that, they had been treated with Tongxinluo Capsule. Then evaluating the Systolic function of whole or partial left ventricle via ultrasonic cardiogram and new technology. Discussing the improvement of whole function of left ventricle, which had been treated by Tongxinluo capsule after PCI.Method:The selected 72 patients who suffered acute myocardial infarction had taken PCI. Then checking the systolic and diastolic function of the whole left ventricle and the partial systolic function of the infracted and ischemia myocardium via ultrasonic cardiogram within 72 hours and one month after PCI.Results:1. Compared the PCI routine group treated with Tongxinluo capsule and PCI routine group only after 72 hours and one month after PCI operation. The longitudinal strain SL of infarction, ischemia and normal myocardium has been significantly improved.(The P values were 0.001、0.000、0.000、0.000、0.047、0.000、0.000、0.000. All the P values were lower than 0.05).There’s no obvious differences between the whole systolic and diastolic function.(All P values is higher than 0.05)2. Comparison of PCI routine group treated by Tongxinluo capsule and PCI routine group only one month after PCI operation, the SL of ischemia myocardium is significantly increased.( P=0.025<0.05)3. Comparison of PCI routine group treated by Tongxinluo capsule and PCI routine group only 72 hours after PCI operation, all the parameters of left ventricle function has no significantly differences.( P value is higher than 0.05)Conclusion:Patients who suffered acute myocardial infarction after PCI operation had orally taken the medicine regularly added Tongxinluo capsule treatment, the short termeffect(within one month) could improve the systolic function of the infarction and ischemia myocardium. But there’s no significantly improvement of the acute period(72 hours after PCI).
