Professor Wang Dong 's Experience In Treating Thyroid Nodules

Objective:Professor Wang, my teacher is engaged in the endocrine clinical work and scientific research more than 10 years, in the use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of thyroid nodule has his original ideas. This paper aims to summarize my teacher’s clinical experience in the treatment of thyroid nodule, hope to provide some new enlightenment for clinical treatment of thyroid nodule.Methods :On the basis of following professor Wang,my teacher to learn, and through reading analysis in recent years related literature about thyroid nodule, from the Angle of Chinese to describe the name 、etiology 、 pathogenesis and treatment of thyroid nodule,and summarize his clinical experience for the treatment of thyroid nodule.Conclusions: 1. My teacher studied traditional Chinese medicine point of view think remove lump accumulate in the thyroid nodules for gall;2. Based on the theories of Chinese medicine careful card for cure, my teacher think the disease location of the disease in liver, qi stagnation,Tanning and blood stasis,indicates anterior portion is its basic pathogenesis;3.Under the guidance of the theory which the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, my teacher from liver treatment the disease, with the proposed party to eliminate gall remove lump party on the basis of the clinical syndrome differentiation treatment of the disease.
