| Purpose: Analysis to explore the characteristics of physical distribution of department of lung disease,pulmonary disease patients age, gender and classification on the relationship between the constitution and syndrome differentiation,to provide new ideas from a clinical point of view to optimize the physical prevention of lung diseases.Material and method:According to the study questionnaire design purposes,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine outpatient of part of the population for the study,Filling in the questionnaire to guide researchers.318 questionnaires were screened to establish the relevant database information, using SPSS17.0 statistical software to analyze the results.Results:1. Pulmonary diseases physical type constituent ratio distribution: Qi deficiency constitution 38.68%,Yang deficiency constitution 22.96%,Yin deficiency constitution 15.72%,phlegm dampness constitution 7.23%,damp heat constitution 5.35%,blood stasis constitution 3.77%,Qi stagnation constitution 3.14%,special intrinsic constitution 2.52%,normal constitution 0.63%. 2.The relationship between gender of pulmonary diseases and physical type:Comparison of different gender physical type constituent ratio, c2=16.057,P=0.003<0.05,description of different gender, the difference is statistically significant.Among them,104 cases of male, Qi deficiency constitution and,Yang deficiency constitution respectively occupy 29.81%ã€40.38%;214 cases of female, Qi deficiency constitution and Yin deficiency constitution respectively occupy42.99%ã€17.76%.3.The relationship between age and physical type:To participate in this survey 318 patients, the minimum age is 29 years old and the oldest was 86 years old, the average age was 57±11.9,the age is divided into six sections,comparison of different age physical type constituent ratio,c2=273.501,P=0.000<0.01,the difference is statistically significant. Qi deficiency constitution and Yang deficiency constitution constituent ratio in six age proportion ratio: 3.25%,4.11%;7.32%,9.59%;13.82%,15.07%;17.89%,17.81%;26.83%,24.66%;30.89%,28.77%. 4.The relationship between different diseases and physical types:Asthma patients Qi deficiency constitution 46%, Yin deficiency constitution 18%,Yang deficiency constitution 14%, phlegm dampness constitution 12%, blood stasis constitution 3%, special intrinsic constitution 7%,Qi stagnation constitution and damp heat constitution and normal constitution 0%;syndrome characterized by dyspnea patients Qi deficiency constitution 40%,Yang deficiency constitution 25%,Yin deficiency constitution 11.25%,phlegm dampness constitution 7.5%,damp heat constitution 5%,special intrinsic constitution 5%,blood stasis constitution 3.75%,Qi stagnation constitution 2.5%,normal constitution 0%;Consumptive lung disease patients Yang deficiency constitution 32.08%, Yin deficiency constitution 24.53%,Qi deficiency constitution 20.75%, Qi stagnation constitution 9.43%,phlegm dampness constitution 7.55%, damp heat constitution 5.66%,blood stasis constitution, special intrinsic constitution and normal constitution 0%. 5.The relationship between different lung disease syndromes and physical types:Asthma patients lung deficiency syndrome 31%,spleen deficiency syndrome 40%,kidney deficiency syndrome 29%.Comparison of asthma disease three syndromes physical type constituent ratio,c2=71.277,P=0.000<0.01,the difference is statistically significant.The main physical of lung deficiency syndrome and spleen deficiency syndrome is Qi deficiency constitution respectively occupy 64.52%ã€45.00%, The Yin deficiency constitution of kidney deficiency syndrome occupy 32.14%;The lung wasting syndrome of syndrome characterized by dyspneapatients occupy 48.75%,the kidney is not satisfied that the syndrome occupy 51.25%, Comparison of syndrome characterized by dyspnea two syndromes physical type constituent ratio,c2=19.021,P=0.04<0.05, the difference is statistically significant,the Qi deficiency constitution of lung deficiency syndrome occupy 35.90%,the Yin deficiency constitution of kidney deficiency syndrome occupy 39.02%;Consumptive lung disease asthenic deficiency syndrome patients accounted for 52.83%, asthenic heat syndrome patients accounted for 47.17%. Comparison of consumptive lung disease two syndromes physical type constituent ratio,c2=91.788,P=0.000<0.01,the difference is statistically significant. Yang deficiency constitution of asthenic deficiency syndrome patients accounted for 53.57%,Yin deficiency constitution of asthenic heat syndrome patients accounted for 48.00%.Conclusion:The research data show that constitution of pulmonary diseases patients mainly is Qi deficiency constitution, Yang deficiency constitution or Yin deficiency constitution. Asthma and syndrome characterized by dyspnea patients are mostly Qi deficiency constitution, consumptive lung disease patients are mostly Yang deficiency constitution.Men is mostly Qi and Yang deficiency, women is mostly Qi and Yin deficiency. The different age physical type distribution has a significant difference, Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency constituent ratio with age rise.Pulmonary physical distribution of different syndromes are also differences, the primarily physical of lung deficiency syndrome and spleen deficiency syndrome is Qi deficiency constitution,kidney deficiency syndrome is Yin deficiency constitution in asthma; The primarily physical of lung wasting syndrome is Qi deficiency constitution, kidney is not satisfied that the syndrome is Yang deficiency constitution in syndrome characterized by dyspnea; The primarily physical of asthenic deficiency syndrome is Yang deficiency constitution, asthenic heat syndrome is Yin deficiency constitution in consumptive lung disease. |
