Clinical Study Of TST Combined With Rongrong Runchang Shu Mixture In Treatment Of Rectocele Type Constipation

Purpose:To observe and evaluate the efficacy of TST surgery combined with oral Yang Rong Run Chang Shu Decoction in the treatment of rectocele constipation.Material and method:We have chosen the study standard cases who has diagnosed rectocele type constipation in our hospital from December 2013 to September 2014,according to the order of admission,randomly rearranging the sequence number included in the treatment group and the control group,each group was included in 20 cases. Treatment group cases was adopted mixture treatment of TST surgery combined oral Yang Rong Run Chang Shu.The control group patients was used modified Block surgery combined oral Yang Rong Run Chang Shu. We observe all the cases defecation before and after treatment,operation time,length of hospitalization,severity of complications like postoperative pain,hemorrhage,the belly. Statistical software SPSS17.0 had used to analyze and compare all the results.Results: Comparing TST surgery combined with Yang Rong Run Chang Shu with Improved Block combined with Yang Rong Run Chang Shu,both of their symptoms and signs were improved in the therapy effect for rectocele constipation.Two groups cases of 3 months,6 months defecation integration,operation time,length of hospitalization,the pain,the belly,urinary retention have statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The symptoms and signs Treatment of group cases are improved significantly after 3 months and 6 months therapy. However,the overall effects,infection,hemorrhage,anal stenosis have no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.TST surgery combined with oral Yang Rong Run Chang Shu Decoction is curative treatment Rectocele combination therapy.It effectively plays the advantages of Integrative Medicine,which has a shorter operative time, postoperative pain, heavy feeling light, quick recovery. 2.In this study, combination therapy is more suitable for the treatment of Ⅱ °, Ⅲ ° rectocele constipation, with mild to moderate rectal prolapse and hemorrhoids of mixed hemorrhoid. 3.Compared The therapy of TST combined with oral Yang Rong Run Chang Shu and Improve Block Operation combined with oral Yang Rong Run Chang Shu,both of them equivalent to the consolidation effect within a certain time.
