Relationship Between Interleukin - 1β (IL1β) And Interleukin - 2 (IL - 2) And Arrhythmia

Purpose:Objective to analyse the relationship between IL-1β and IL- 2 with irritability induced arrhythmia and the mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:48 rats randomly divided into four groups, each group of 12, namely the control group, model group, Chinese traditional medicine prescription, western medicine group, group A: set as blank control group, the other three groups arrhythmia after the success of the model simulation of chronic irritability, general normal saline 2 ml/only to fill the stomach; Group B: arrhythmia after the success of the model simulation of chronic irritability, general normal saline 2 ml/perfusion only; Group C: arrhythmia after the success of the model simulation of chronic irritability, conventional give liver ordering party nervous- 2 ml/only(in 100 ml/kg the scales) to fill the stomach; Group D: arrhythmia after the success of the model simulation of chronic irritability, conventional give tartrate metoprolol dissolved in 2 ml of normal saline(0.1 mg/kg according to the scales) to fill the stomach. Using the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA) were observed before and after building groups of rats serum IL-1β and IL-2 levels. Evenly divided 48 SD rats, male and female, the ordinary adaptive feed feed after 1 week with random table method were randomly divided into group A and group B, C, D group, A total of four groups, each group 12, male and female cage.Results:Model group serum IL-1β and IL-2 levels were significantly higher than those before building the control group(P < 0.05), Chinese medicine intervention group or western medicine compared with model group IL-1β and IL-2 levels significantly decreased(P < 0.05), in addition, the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group was no significant difference.Conclusion:IL-1β and IL-2 levels are closely associated with arrhythmia. Traditional Chinese medicine formula can reduce serum serum IL-1β and IL-2 levels, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) flat liver ordering party nervous to improve the body’s ability to resist inflammation have a role. Through the experiment we can infer that IL-1β and IL-2 abnormal levels are closely associated with arrhythmia, both in the blood concentration of the state and prognosis of arrhythmia have important significance. At the same time, we also found that Chinese medicine intervention group of IL-1β and the regulation of IL-2, beta-blockers group has improved, but not as good as traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). IL-1β and IL-2 as inflammatory cytokines, can make the body produce a variety of inflammatory factor, which can lead to organ damage. The prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular disease in the current clinical application of increasing attention, the anti-arrhythmic effects may be related to inhibition of serum IL-1β is associated with the level of IL-2, the mechanism still needs further research.
