Purpose: After a rat model of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance taking Yinangzhuyun soup, androgen and leptin receptor change observed in rats, then demonstrate the treatment of Yinangzhuyun soup is effective in polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance. And its argument is reduced leptin receptor expression in the ovary caused.Material and methods: Established with a rat model of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance, and after modeled, evaluate the rat model. The rats of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance treated with Yinangzhuyun soup were compared with the blank control group and model group. Analyze the differences in androgen, LH/FSH ratio, and immunohistochemical methods for leptin receptor expression in rat ovary in each group. Compare the differences between the groups, experiments to arrive at a conclusion.Results: 1.Rat model of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance, compared with the blank control group, the androgen, LH/FSH ratio and leptin receptor expression, were increased, and there are statistically significant. 2.After polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance in rats administered Yinangzhuyun soup, compared with the model control group, the androgen, LH/FSH ratio and leptin receptor expression are reduced, and there is statistically significant. 3.After polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance in rats administered Yinangzhuyun soup, compared with the blank control group, the androgen, LH/FSH ratio and leptin receptor expression, slightly elevated and statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.Polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance in rats application Yinangzhuyun soup, androgen and insulin levels, LH/FSH ratio significantly decreased, confirming the treatment of Yinangzhuyun soup in PCOS with insulin resistance effective. 2.The rats with polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance anti capsule Zhuyun decoction, reduce serum androgen levels and improve insulin resistance, decrease the leptin and its receptor expression in insulin target organs in the. Reduced expression of the leptin receptor, indirectly proved that the main mechanism of Zhuyun Decoction anti capsule in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome is to reduce the combination of leptin and its receptor, thereby reducing androgen secretion, so as to achieve the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance objective. 3. Yinangzhuyun soup can effectively improve the polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance rat androgen level, LH/FSH ratio. It can also reduce the leptin receptor expression in ovarian tissue. But compared with normal rats, not yet fully returned to normal. 4. This experiment through the application of anti capsule Zhuyun Decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance rats, the use of TCM curative effect evaluation standard and carry on the research, confirmed that the mechanism of inhibiting sac Zhuyun Decoction on polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance disease treatment, can promote the popularization and application in clinical practice.
