Efficacy Of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction Combined With Western Medicine In Treating Cognitive Impairment Of Brain Trauma

Objective:This research intends to adopt Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction Combined with western medicine in the treatment of nimodipine, by conventional system function after rehabilitation training. Effect of therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in patients with cognitive dysfunction after traumatic brain injury evaluation, combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of cognitive disorder after traumatic brain injury, and provide ideas and clinical experience.Object of study: According to the diagnostic criteria were included in the study of 42 cases meet the requirements. Patients signed informed consent after treatment, using double blind method, 42 patients, randomly assigned into the treatment group and the control group treatment interventions(21 cases each).Treatment and research methods:1. Conventional treatment: The two groups were given conventional treatment according to the clinical diagnosis on admission and daily care. 2. Drug treatment: Control group: admission diagnosis in etiology and complications of symptomatic treatment, drug treatment given Nimodipine Tablets(Bayer company production, batch number: H20013328), 30 mg, oral, 3/. Treatment group: Based on the treatment in control group given Tongqiaohuoxue decoction, basic prescription: red peony root 15 g, Chuanxiong 15 g, peach 25 g, safflower 10 g, onion ginger jujube 20 g, 15 g, 15 g, Shi Changpu(10g 100 ml, Yellow Wine generation Mu SK); Jiajian prescription: memory barriers: the dogwood, medlar each; frontal headache plus: Angelica, bupleurum, with both sides headache occipital headache with notopterygium, vertex headache with Wu Zhuyu; insomnia and semen Ziziphi Spinosae, Bai Ziren. Daily 1 agent, cook take 300 ml, 100 ml, oral, 2 times /d, 2 weeks for 1 courses. 3. Rehabilitation treatment: Two groups of patients underwent artificial operation cognitive training and rehabilitation training for the treatment of. 4. Course of treatment: the treatment period of two group was 2 months, two groups forcognitive dysfunction during the training, 1 times a day, 7 days for a course of treatment, continuous rehabilitation training for 5 days, 2 days of rest. 5. Evaluation of curative effect :Using LOTCA scale evaluation including orientation, perception, visual movement tissue, thinking of the operation of the 4 cognitive ability, evaluation of the differences between the two groups before and after treatment and after treatment between the two groups of difference.Results:1. Statistical significant differences between the groups(P < 0.05). 2. Nimodipine Tablets with rehabilitation treatment can improve the cognitive function in patients with craniocerebral trauma. 2. Nimodipine Tablets combined with modified Tongqiaohuoxue decoction, with rehabilitation treatment can improve the cognitive function in patients with craniocerebral trauma. 3. Nimodipine Tablets combined with modified Tongqiaohuoxue decoction, with rehabilitation treatment, patient perception, in improving brain injury after visual movement tissue, thinking of the operation of the 3 cognitive ability is better than only using Nimodipine Tablets with rehabilitation treatment.
