Purpose: Use ambulatory blood pressure to monitor 24-hour blood pressure of hypertension patients, analyzing the characteristics of the hypertension of different TCM syndrome types of blood pressure, using the theory of Chinese medicine to analyze the result of the statistical results, to provide objective quantitative standard for hypertension TCM dialectical classification, expectations for using TCM theory to expound the essence of hypertension and transformation between each type.Material and method:Choose those definite clinical diagnoses of 121 cases of patients with hypertension from Jan.2014 to Dec.2014. Using dialectical classification standard, the hypertension can be divided into four types: Sthenic Gan-yang type, Sthenic Yang and Weak Yin type, Stagnation of phlegmatically type and Weak both Yang and Yin type. Reoccupy 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring the blood pressure, record and statistics the related data. Make analysis after comparing the results between groups. Input data from Excel, using spss19.0 software to make statistical analysis.Results:1. Using medical statistical software for processing, four groups of patients age, gender and duration comparison had no statistical difference(P > 0.05), comparable.2. Different TCM syndrome types have different course of case. Sthenic Gan-yang type group has short course(≦5 years), Sthenic Yang and Weak Yin type group has longer course than Sthenic Gan-yang type group,Stagnation of phlegmatically type in the course of phase distribution compared to the average, Weak both Yang and Yin type general the longes course(≧10 years).3. Different types of syndrome in patients have different grading. Most of Sthenic Gan-yang type group and Sthenic Yang and Weak Yin type group are in 1 or 2 grade. Most patients of Stagnation of phlegmatically type group are in 2 or 3 grade. Weak both Yang and Yin type group is mostly in 3 grade.4. Hypertension patients with different TCM syndrome types of blood pressure circadian rhythm disappeared rate is different. Sthenic Yang type group has more normal rhythm, but Yin and Yang deficiency type group is the highest of disappeared rate, presentation of non-dipper,anti-dipper or supper-dipper.5. Patients with different syndrome of average blood pressure difference. The highest of average systolic blood pressure is Stagnation of phlegmatically type group. The highest of average diastolic blood pressure is Sthenic Yang type group. There are significant differences between each group.6. Patients with different syndromes blood pressure levels are different. The highest of 24 h, daytime and night average blood pressure is Weak both Yang and Yin type group. The lowest is Sthenic Yang type group.7. Patients with different syndromes have different blood pressure load. Stagnation of phlegmatically type group has the highest systolic pressure during the daytime and at night. Second is Yin and Yang deficiency type group.Sthenic Gan-yang type group a nd Sthenic Yang and Weak Yin type group have lower systolic pressure. Sthenic Gan-yang type group has the highest diastolic pressure during the daytime and at night. Second is Stagnation of phlegmatically type group.8. Patients with different syndromes have different blood press-sure variability. Yin and Yang deficiency type group has the highest daytime systolic pressure variability. Stagnation of phlegmatically type group has the highest nocturnal systolic pressure variability. Stagnation of phlegmatically type group has the highest daytime diastolic pressure variability. Yin and Yang deficiency type group has the highest nocturnal diastolic pressure variability.9. Patients with different syndromes have different mean arterial pressure. Stagnatio of phlegmatically type group has the highest mean arterial pressure in 24 hours, in daytime and at night, have significant difference compared with other groups. Conclusion:Hypertension patients with different TCM syndrome types are different in 24 h blood pressure circadian rhythm, the average blood pressure and blood pressure load level monitoring there are significant differences on values, can provide hypertension TCM dialectical parting with objective standards, and by explaining the hypertension essence of traditional Chinese medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, can preliminary master patients blood pressure levels, the evolution of the basic grasp the card type conversion regularity, and can better guide the clinical medication and to prevent damage of target organs.
