Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of KOA By Acupoint Penetration Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Ultrasonography

Purpose:To discuss the clinical curative effect and evaluation of treatment KOA by using Xin Zhi Gu Zeng Sheng pill combined ultrasonic conductometric drug acupoint penetration.Material and method:This topic selection of 60 cases of KOA patients are hospitalized patients, who are from March 2013 to March 2014 in No.2 orthopaedic of Affiliate Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, according to the order before and after the visits in a ratio of 1:1, with lottery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each. The control group with ultrasonic conductometric +anti-inflammatory analgesic A1 paster acupoint drug penetration. Twice treatment a day, each treatment for 30 min. On the basis of the control group and treatment group with Xin Zhi Gu Zeng Sheng pill 1 day 2 times take orally. Two-course is a treatment time, a course of treatment is two weeks. Follow-up to six months.End of the course from the VAS pain score, Lequesne function score for a group of comparison and contrast between groups before and after the treatment, comparing two groups of curative effect.Results: 1 Treatment group and control group in the treatment of KOA have curative effects, two groups of comparison, The end of the course, the total effective rate was 93.33%, the total effective rate was 76.67%, the comparison between groups in treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P< 0.05).Followed up to 6 months, the treatment group total effective rate was 73.33%, control group total effective rate was 56.67%, the comparison between groups in treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).2 VAS pain score comparing two groups, the comparing between two groups is paired with T test, the result is P<0.01, there is significance difference for comparison before and after treatment in the group, the comparison between groups, before treatment P values>0.05, no significant difference, the two groups have a meaning. The more significant differences between groups after treatment(P <0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group. 3 Two groups Lequesne functional score comparison, after two courses of treatment, comparison group, two groups of P values<0.05, there are significant differences, two groups of treatment methods have curative effect; Comparison between groups, P<0.05, there is significant difference, the treatment group is better than the control group。Conclusion:Ultrasonic conductometric and Xin Zhi Gu Zeng Sheng pill of Chinese medicine acupuncture point penetration combined treatment of KOA has good curative effect, has the good economic and social benefits, has certain clinical value.
