Meta - Analysis Of Randomized Controlled Trials Of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill In Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease

Purpose: To explore the clinical curative effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills(CDDP) in the treatment of Unstable angina(UA), and test the reliability of clinical randomized controlled trials(RCT) reported in the literature in recent years.Material and Method: RCT Literatures from domestic and foreign authoritative literature database about CDDP treating UA from 2005 January-2014 December were selected to undergo Meta analysis with Review Manager 4.2 software, and to be tested publish shifting, drug safety and reliability.Result: 24 literatures about RCT research on CDDP treating UA were selected. 5 literatures reported the clinical curative effect of CDDP compared with nitroglycerin, OR=5.29, 95%CI were [2.97, 9.41], did not contain 1,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05); the improvement of electrocardiogram(ECG), OR=2.62, 95%CI were [1.72, 3.99] 1, do not contain, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). 13 reported the clinical curative effect of CDDP compared with isosorbide dinitrate, OR=2.83, 95%CI were [2.02, 3.97], did not contain 1, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05); 9 reported the improvement of ECG, OR=1.72, 95%CI were [1.28, 2.30], did not contain 1, with significant differences(P < 0.05). 6 reported the clinical curative effect of CDDP compared with other uncommon drugs, OR=4.68, 95%CI were [2.99, 7.34], did not contain 1, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05); the improvement of ECG, OR=3.33, 95%CI were [1.63, 6.78], did not contain 1, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). All the funnel plots distributed symmetrically, with no obvious public shifting There was no obvious side effect and adverse reaction. Sensitivity analysis of the results showed that there was no substantial change.Conclusion: 1. CDDP has obvious advantages on treating UA, in the clinical efficiency, ECG improvement rate, compared with nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, Quick Acting Heart Reliever and other clinical common drugs, safe and reliable;2. The RCT literatures about CDDP treating UA are true and credible, and have important reference value to guide the clinical medication;3. The quality of domestic literatures about Chinese medicine is generally low, the key problems such as the research methods, randomization, blind method, drug side effects and adverse reactions, loss of cases rarely described.
