Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Stable Coronary Heart Disease With Depression By Yiqi Huoxue Decoction

Purpose:To investigate the clinical efficacy Yiqihuoxue Treatment stable coronary heart disease and depressionMethods: In November 2013 to July 2014 to Liaoning university first affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine lung branch doctor diagnosed with stable coronary heart disease with depression of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases. Treatment group on the basis of western medicine treatment group plus for reasons qi fang, 4 weeks treatment, observation of chest pain symptoms integral, the curative effect of stable coronary heart disease and ecg curative effect, the change of blood lipid and Hamilton depression scale scores and the improvement of the insomnia, TCM symptoms integral, TCM symptoms curative effect, life quality score.Results: 1, after test, two groups of TCM symptom score significantly lower before the test, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Comparison between the two groups, the treatment group is lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). 2, after test, two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect is much better than that before the treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Comparison between the two groups, the treatment group was better than the control group 63.33%, 96.67% difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). 3, after test, two groups of chest pain symptoms integral significantly reduced before the test, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Comparison between the two groups, the treatment group is better than that ofcontrol group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). 4, after the test, the treatment group of chest pain steady state was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). 5, after test, electrocardiogram(ECG) were improved in both groups, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Comparison between the two groups, treatment group effective rate was 93.33% better than the control group 73.33%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). 6, after test, two groups of total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) are down compared with before treatment, the treatment group is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). 7, after test, two groups of HAMD scores significantly lower before the test, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Comparison between the two groups, the treatment group is lower than the control group was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). 8, after test, in the body’s physiological function, pain and overall physical health, energy, social function, mental health, emotional treatment group significantly better than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). 9, after test, two groups of insomnia curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions: 1, Yiqihuoxue fang can obviously improve the patient’s symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine; 2, Yiqihuoxue fang can effectively improve patients with chest pain, insomnia; 3, Patients with yiqihuoxue fang can regulate blood lipid, improve myocardial ischemia; 4, Yiqi huoxue fang can improve the psychological status of patients with depression.
