Clinical Yiqihuoxue Recipe On Qi And Blood Coronary Heart Disease With Stable Angina Treatment

Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Recipe in the treatment of stable angina pectoris in elderly patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:Collect the patients diagnosed with stable coronary heart disease angina pectoris in Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and divide them into two groups with randomized control grouping,treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.The control group was given standard treatment of Western medicine.The treatment group added Yiqihuoxuetongmai prescription on the basis of standard treatment of Western medicine.All collected data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS25.0.The blood lipids,atherosclerosis index,the degree of angina pectoris,the improvement of electrocardiogram,the situation of nitroglycerin withdrawal and the effect of TCM symptoms were compared between the two groups before and after 1 month of observation.Results: The two groups of patients were not statistically significant in terms of age,gender,course of disease,and composition of comorbidities.1.TCM symptom efficacy:The effective rate of the treatment group is 93.3% higher than that of the control group50%(P <0.05);the treatment group is superior to the control group in terms of single symptoms of chest pain,chest tightness,palpitations,fatigue,and numbness of hands and feet <0.05),there was no statistical difference between insomnia and Xinghanxiuannuan(P> 0.05).2.The improvement of electrocardiogram: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 76.7% and 56.7%,respectively,and thedifference between the two groups was significant(P <0.05).3.In terms of nitroglycerin cessation rate: the nitroglycerin cessation rate(83.3%)during the observation period of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(50.0%),(P <0.05).4.The efficacy of angina pectoris: the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 86.7% and 66.7%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P <0.05).5.Blood lipids and atherosclerosis index: There were significant differences in TC,TG,HDL,LDL,AI before and after treatment(P <0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.6.Safety: The combination of Western medicine and Chinese and Western medicine alone has no significant effect on blood routine,urine routine,fecal routine + OB,liver function and kidney function in both groups.Conclusion: Yiqihuoxuetongmai prescription combined with western medicine routine treatment of stable angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease of Qi deficiency and blood stasis is effective and safe.At the same time,it is better than Western medicine alone in improving the curative effect of Chinese medicine symptoms,reducing the degree of angina,improving the electrocardiogram,reducing the amount of nitroglycerin,improving the blood lipid and atherosclerosis index.
