Purpose:Application of color Doppler ultrasound examination in diagnosis of fatty liver, analyze the relationship between different degrees of fatty liver with TCM Constitution Types and syndromes.Material and method:We selected 156 cases of patients with fatty liver, divided into liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis, stagnation of phlegm dampness, deficiency of liver and kidney, endoretention of damp heat of 5 TCM Syndrome Types. And Mild nature, Qi deficiency, phlegm dampness, yin deficiency, Qi stagnation, Yang deficiency, blood stasis, damp heat, special intrinsic quality of 9 types of constitution. At the same time grading mild, moderate, severe by color ultrasonic, analysis of the relationship between the severity of fatty liver with TCM Constitution Types and syndromes. Results:Results of the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis of fatty liver hierarchical display: Qi stagnation was positively correlated with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency(P<0.01),mainly to mild fatty liver. Phlegm dampness and phlegm dampness syndrome were positively correlated(P<0.01),mainly to moderate fatty liver. damp heat and endoretention of damp heat were positively correlated(P<0.05),mainly to moderate fatty liver. Yin deficiency was positively correlated with deficiency of liver and kidney(P<0.05),mainly to severe fatty liver.Conclusion:(1)The fatty liver severity and TCM syndrome differentiation were closely related.Differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and its constitutional types with correlation. Ultrasound provides a theoretical basis to judge each TCM Syndrome Types in different types of constitution of fattyliver infiltration.(2)Ultrasonic diagnosis and syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of fatty liver in combination, to provide the basis for clinical selecting drugs.
