Purpose:To investigate the effects of Ruanjian Xiaoying Granules on rat thyroid antibody Tg Ab, Tpo Ab and serum cytokines Th1 / Th2 levels, and pathological changes in thyroid tissue and to explore its mechanism.Material and method:Two weeks before the start of the experiment adaptive feeding, and feeding pure water, starting from the third week, in addition to the normal group was fed purified water, the remaining three groups were abdominal subcutaneous immunization multi swine thyroglobulin with Freund’s complete adjuvant fusion It was twice while drinking with a concentration of 0.064% of sodium iodide, water, and then the seventh to fourth week to once a week week porcine thyroglobulin booster injection with Freund’s incomplete adjuvant were fused, was prepared autoimmune thyroiditis rats.According to the weight levels of rats were randomly divided into four groups, namely normal group, model group, triptolide group, Ruanjian gall group of particles, label, cage. After six weeks of Ruanjian Xiaoying granule and tripterygium treatment, detect the following indicators:(1) The ECL assay Tg Ab, Tpo Ab;(2) determination of serum Th1 cytokines by immunohistochemistry(IHC), Th2;(3) light microscope and histopathological changes in the thyroid.Results: 1.Changes of Tg Ab and Tpo Ab: the model group were significantly increased compared with normal group Tg Ab and Tpo Ab(P <0.01), described AIT rat model was successful; Tg Ab after treatment Ruanjian gall group of particles and tripterygium group, Tpo Ab there was significant difference(P <0.01) compared with the model group. Description Both have lower serum antibody dual role; no significant difference(P> 0.05) between the treatment groups.2. Light microscope in each group of pathological thyroid tissue:Light in each group were observed in thyroid tissue morphology: the model group compared with the control group, thyroid tissue showed diffuse infiltration of lymphocytes, follicular cavity is destroyed or small, to reduce the resin content; thyroid Ruanjian gall group of particles between the follicular epithelium and follicular varying degrees of infiltration of lymphocytes, some have damaged or follicular cavity size and colloid content decreased slightly, but minor compared with the model group, and thyroid follicular epithelium better recovery. 3.Changes of the serum levels of Th1 / Th2 cytokines: Model group and the normal group Th1 / Th2 was significantly higher(P <0.01),; have more Ruanjian gall group of particles and tripterygium group and model group after treatment, significant differences(P <0.01). The treatment group can effectively reduce the Th1 / Th2 close to normal; there was no significant difference(P> 0.05) between the treatment groups.Conclusion: Ruanjian gall group of particles and tripterygium group can effectively reduce serum Tg Ab, Tpo Ab and adjust the balance of cytokines Th1 / Th2, and thus play a therapeutic role.
