Objective: Through the femoral neck fracture fixed way, design a kind of blood supply to destroy smaller, easier operation and fixation of fixed way, through the mechanical analysis and study the effectiveness of this method and biological mechanics performance, at the same time provide the corresponding theoretical basis for clinical application.Method: First to study and establish the new stereo 3 d external fixator of internal fixation for the treatment of femoral neck fracture model manufacturing method, then 6 femurs femoral neck fracture model, with a new three-dimensional external fixator.Biomechanical indexes on the stability of fixed specimens under load test, record.The test data under different load(femoral head subsidence displacement, opening displacement and open Angle, etc.) and statistical processing.Results: The experiment of new stereo 3 d external fixator to treat femoral neck fracture in the cyclic loading experiment, based on the new 3 d three-dimensional external fixator stability load for the treatment of femoral neck fracture mechanics test and analysis, comparison with and without external fixator can reflect the mechanics test: no external fixator group compared with external fixator group, two groups of fracture end sinking displacement difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Opening displacement of fracture end, open Angle similar between the two groups has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).With external fixator group without external fixator group is obviously better than the femoral head sinking displacement.Opening displacement, open Angle in the two groups no significant difference.Different needle diameter’s stability test can reflect the mechanics: when with the needle was 3.0 mm, head sinking displacement in 20 kg load displacement, the biggest basic stable range, 30-50 kg load without obvious displacement;Opening displacement with the increase of load increases gradually;Open Angle within the range of 10-20 kg decreases with the increase of load, 20 to 50 kg load interval increases with increasing load.When with the needle was 3.5 mm, basic stable, no obvious displacement;Opening displacement with the increase of load increases gradually;Open Angle decreases with the increase of load.When with the needle was 4.0 mm, head sinking displacement in 10-20 kg load was basically stable, no obvious shift, 20-30 kg load interval become larger with the increase of load, and at the age of 30 kg load peak, 30 to 40 kg load interval increases with load shift gradually decreases, and 40-50 kg load interval basic stable, basically recovered to the front of the loading status;Opening displacement in 10-20 kg load was basically stable, no obvious shift, 20-30 kg load interval become larger with the increase of load, and at the age of 30 kg load peak, 30 to 40 kg load interval increases with load shift gradually decreases, and 40-50 kg load interval basic stable, but still more than before loading condition;Open Angle change is normally distributed, with the increase of load displacement in 30 kg load when the Angle is the largest.Conclusion: The results show that as long as within the scope of physiological load under the action of vertical pressure brought about by the external force, using new stereoscopic 3 d multifunctional external fixator is effective treatment of femoral neck fractures.The needle was compared with the 3.0 mm and 4.0 mm, 3.5 mm gram biomechanics needle for best performance.
