Objective: To study the PFNA, DHS, three kinds of operation mode of external fixation for unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture clinical curative effect. Methods: to collect 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria, divided into A(PFNA internal fixation), B(DHS internal fixation), C(unilateral external fixation of external fixation in 3 groups, each group 20 cases). To observe the fracture type, operation time, intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization time, operation incision, fracture healing time. Refer to the Harris score of hip function method for the evaluation of curative effect. Results: the three groups of patients in hospitalization time and fracture type, fracture healing time had no significant difference; patients in group C, group B is larger than A; the amount of bleeding, operation time and operation incision in the operation, A, C group than in B group; the score of hip joint function after operation, A, B group was better than that of the C group. Conclusion: PFNA operation with small incision, less bleeding, good hip function recovery operation, is fixed way at present ideal; DHS incision slightly larger, more bleeding volume, postoperative hip function than the no significant difference; elderly patients with external fixator for action ability is poor, with severe underlying disease in Department of internal medicine, see more inconvenient, pin tract infection and other complications. We should respect the wishes of patients with and the value of their own, in the premise of reduce risk, pay attention to the prognosis, careful selection of operation mode.
