Objective: To produce the problem of fiber post in restoration of micro leakage has been the subject of concern, is usually due to poor root canal sealing between dentin and pile to bacteria and other substances continue to penetrate in the course of time, the emergence of prosthesis loosening, off phenomenon, greatly influenced the long-term effects of post core restoration. After post space preparation will inevitably cause the smear layer, the bond effect between the smear layer will influence the existence and the wall of root canal dentin of the two. Therefore, this experiment before the fiber post bonding, by using different rinse root canal wall inner surface, evaluation of five different flushing method to remove the smear layer after the canal dentin micro leakage and bond strength of the root effect, for its clinical application to provide certain reference. Methods: 30 teeth caries free premolars freshly isolated single tube, for post space preparation were randomly divided into 5 groups, respectively for the five group I, II, III, IV, V. The first group was used as control group, the other four groups as the experimental group, the group I were treated by physiological saline, group II with 5.25% sodium hypochlorite solution +17%EDTA + physiological saline, group III with 3% volume fraction of hydrogen peroxide solution of +5.25% sodium hypochlorite + physiological saline, group IV with 3% volume fraction of hydrogen peroxide solution +2% chlorhexidine solution + physiological saline V group, with 2% chlorhexidine solution of +17%EDTA + saline flushing root canal wall, and then use the Super-bond C&B adhesive bonding fiber post, observation of micro leakage test pieces for each section under stereomicroscope, and then open the experimental specimens in the direction perpendicular to the tooth long axis direction, cut into small slices thickness 2mm, micro push out test in the universal material testing machine, testing the bond strength of each, and observe the specimen fracture mode. Results: The flush fluid respectively to have to do a good job of five groups of specimens were rinsed with five groups, and then bonded fiber post, micro leakage occurred have each group, each washing liquid, with 2% chlorhexidine solution and 17%EDTA solution by microleakage degree of performance combination for the lightest(except for the control group), and the use of microleakage performance level of 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and 5.25% sodium hypochlorite solution set of flushing the most weight, 5.25% sodium hypochlorite solution of+17%EDTA group and 3% hydrogen peroxide solution +2% chlorhexidine solution microleakage degree between groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05). Through five groups of flush bonding strength agent between the experimental results are as follows: 2% chlorhexidine solution and 17%EDTA solution for fiber combination after the pile the highest bond strength; followed by 5.25% sodium hypochlorite solution of +17%EDTA group, the volume fraction of 3% hydrogen peroxide solution of +5.25% sodium hypochlorite group, the volume fraction of hydrogen peroxide solution 3% +2% chlorhexidine solution group, no significant differences between the three groups(p>0.05); bond strength adhesive strength and lowest on the physiological saline group(control group). Conclusion: The different fiber post restorations micro leakage and bond strength with different flushing liquid to remove the smear layer capacity, through the experiments of five different groups of root canal flushing flushing method for pile cavity after post preparation of fiber post restorations micro leakage and bond strength compared to the situation, draws the following conclusion:1 The use of five groups of different solution washing, appeared in 30 samples of both the five groups in the experiment of micro leakage.2.The degree of microleakage performance 2 including 2% chlorhexidine solution and 17%EDTA solution set of the most light, micro leakage performance level of 3% hydrogen peroxide and 5.25% sodium hypochlorite washing group the most weight(a control group), 5.25% +17%EDTA sodium hypochlorite solution and 3% hydrogen peroxide solution +2% chlorhexidine solution between the two groups had no significant difference in microleakage.3.In bond strength of fiber post, 2% chlorhexidine solution and 17%EDTA solution group with the highest bond strength.
