| Objective:This study is to evaluate the effect of resin cement(total-acid etching system,self-acid etching system and self-adhesive system)on root canal crown and apical microleakage.This provides an experimental basis for selecting suitable adhesive systems when fiber post repairing after clinical root canal therapy.Methods:(1)Tooth collection:collecting 90 fresh extracted maxillary single canal premolars with completed roots development and no cracks on roots,the root canal curvature<10°were measured by Schneider method.(2)Grouping:All teeth were prepared,and then were divided into control group(positive control group,negative control group,each group have 5 teeth),root filling group(each group have 10 teeth),post space preparation group(each group have 10 teeth),total-acid etching system group(crown group and apical group,each group have 10 teeth),self-acid etching system group(crown group and apical group,each group have 10 teeth)and self-adhesive system group(crown group and apical group,each group have 10 teeth).(3)Teeth processing:cutting off the crowns to make the roots remain 15 mm.Except the control group,using Pro Taper with crown-down method prepares the root canal to F3,and then root canal filling.Root filling group were just for root canal filling,no post space preparation;after a week,post space preparation group were prepared post space,no fiber post bonding;total-acid etching system group,self-acid etching system group and self-adhesive system group were root canal filling,preparing post space and fiber post bonding,using the corresponding adhesive resin cement.(4)Making transparent teeth.(5)Data collection and statistical analysis:using microscope measuring the depth of dye penetration.All data were imported into the SPSS21.0 software for analysis,the results of each group were represented by (?)±S,and the comparison using ANOVA.Results:1.Apical microleakage of post space preparation group(1.434±0.521mm)is bigger than root filling group(0.788±0.534mm),and the difference was statistically significant.2.Apical microleakage of total-acid etching system group(2.435±1.435mm)is bigger than post space preparation group(1.434±0.521mm),the self-acid etching system group(1.242±1.075mm)and the self-adhesive system group(1.400±1.072mm),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Apical microleakage of post space preparation group(1.434±0.521mm),the self-acid etching system group(1.242±1.075mm)and the self-adhesive system group(1.400±1.072mm)were relatively small,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Crown microleakage of total-acid etching system group(0.900±0.568mm),self-acid etching system group(1.500±0.707mm)and self-adhesive system group(1.600±0.966mm)had no significantly difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The apical microleakage of after post space preparation is bigger than just root filling.2.The crown sealing ability of three adhesive resin cement were similar.3.The apical microleakage of total-acid etching system group is the largest among all groups.The apical microleakage of the self-acid etching system group and self-adhesive etching system group is relatively small,which is consistent with the post space preparation group,and will not further destroy the apical sealing on the basis of post space preparation.4.In clinal,it is recommended to select self-acid etching system and self-adhesive system resin cement for fiber post bonding when considering root canal microleakage. |
