Objective Analysis of lacunar cerebral infarction patients and normal adult cerebral angiography results, to obtain the relevant information of the lesions, evaluation of lacunar cerebral infarction patients and normal adult cerebral vascular stenosis distribution and detection rate and compare the degree of vascular stenosis, lacunar cerebral infarction, summarize the characteristics of patients with cerebral vascular stenosis distribution, differential diagnosis, provide a reference the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Application of intracranial artery CT angiography in 112 cases of lacunar cerebral infarction and 94 normal adults by scanning. The stenosis detected according to the statistical classification of detection rate, the degree of stenosis, and to analyze the difference in different age. The detection rate and the degree of stenosis of. Retrospective analysis of stenosis, nature and proportion of application software to measure stenosis plaque. Results Lacunar cerebral infarction in patients with intracranial artery stenosis in 75cases(75/112), vascular stenosis 97, the detection rate of 66.96% patients with lacunar cerebral infarction; intracranial artery stenosis in 75 cases of grade 1 stenosis in 28 cases(25.00%), grade 2 stenosis in 40 cases(35.71%),grade 3 and above stenosis in 7 cases(6.25%). One in 31 to 45 years, 46 to60 years old and above 61 years of age in three stenosis rate were 12.5%,15.18% and39.29%. Normal adult artery stenosis in 17 cases(17/94),stenosis of 24 blood vessels, the detection rate of 18.09% normal adults; 17 cases of intracranial artery stenosis in Grade 1 stenosis in 12 cases(12.76%),grade 2 stenosis in 4 cases(4.26%), grade 3 and above stenosis in 1 cases(1.06%). One in 31 to 45 years, 46 to 60 years old and above 61 years of age in three stenosis rate were 4.26%, 4.26% and9.57%.Conclusion Lacunar infarction in patients with artery stenosis rate and degree of stenosis were higher than those in normal adults. The intracranial arteries in patients with lacunar infarction in grade 2 stenosis, 1 stenosis in normal adults. Lacunar infarction patients with artery stenosis incidence increased with age increased.
