Observation On The Curative Effect Of Radix Paeoniae Capsule Combined With Narrow - Band And Medium - Wave Irradiation On Plaque Psoriasis

Objective: To observe the effectiveness of narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB) associated with total glucosides of paeony on plaque psoriasis. Methods: Selection of Laiwu people’s hospital outpatient diagnosed with plaque psoriasis, 76 patients, according to the principle of randomization is divided into three groups, treatment group 25 cases, control group A 26 cases, control group B 25 cases.Lesions and basic situation of all patients before treatment were evaluated.The treatment group were treated by root of herbaceous peony total glycosides capsules with NB- UVB therapy;Control group A were treated by pure NB- UVB irradiation treatment, three times A week.Control group B were treated by pure white paeony root total glycosides capsules 0.6 g/time, 3 times/d, oral treatment.Using psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) score curative effects evaluation and record adverse reactions.Three groups of treatment for 12 weeks, once every four weeks to observe and record the PASI score.The treatment effects of three groups of patients were analyzed.Results: The treatment group patients PASI score was significantly lower than the two control group after 8 weeks, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01);The treatment group total effective rate after treatment significantly higher than that of two control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). 12 weeks after treatment the treatment group there was no statistically significant difference compared with control group A(t = 1.408, P > 1.408), the treatment group compared with control group B difference was statistically significant(t = 7. 302, P < 0.01);12 weeks after treatment the total effective treatment group there was no statistically significant difference compared with control group A(chi-square = 0.67, P > 0.67), the treatment group compared with control group B difference was statistically significant(chi-square = 9.921, P < 0.05).Conclusion: In 8 weeks, radix paeoniae alba total glycosides capsules combined narrow spectrum uvb rays irradiation treatment plaques form psoriasis treated reach the optimal therapeutic effect after treatment.Both can play a role of treatment together.A single treatment work faster.Three groups of patients were not found severe and adverse reactions of safe and effective treatment, higher application value.
