| Objective: To estimate Effects of compound glycyrrhizin, totalglucosides of paeony,NB-UVB irradiation treatment curative effect withpsoriasis vulgaris.Methods:85cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomlydivided into treatment group (45cases) and control group (40cases).Treatment group:compound glycyrrhizic,120mg/day ofintravenous transfusion, total glucosides of paeony capsules oral1.2/day,at the same time take NB-UVB irradiation treatment; Controlgroup:compound glycyrrhizic,120mg/day of intravenous transfusion,total glucosides of paeony capsules1.2/day of oral treatment;4weeks fora period of treatment, estimate the PASI score of each patience before andafter treatment, by comparing with evaluation of curative effect.Results: After4weeks treatment, compared PASI score of eachpatience before and after treatment, after data analysis, In treatment groupcured26cases (51.1%),15cases were markedly improved (40%), progressin3cases (6.7%),1had no effect (2.2%), Effective rate of91.1%. Controlpatients cured17cases (42.5%),11cases were markedly improved (27.5%),progress in7cases (17.5%),5had no effect (12.5%), Effective rate of70%.Two groups of curative effect have significant difference (χ2=6.18, P <0.05).Conclusions: Compound glycyrrhizic, total glucosides of paeonywere both traditional Chinese medicine, in recent years, they were usedfor psoriasis generally in clinical.attibute to their exact curative effectand less side effects.NB-UVB radiation treatment of skin disease is aphototherapy method has been widely carried out in recent years. Application of compound glycyrrhizin, otal glucosides of paeony and NB-of UVB irradiation joint scheme in a simple treatment of psoriasistreatment has faster effect, more exact curative effect, less side effects,and Patients can adhere to treatment for a long time, is a kind of safe andeffective combination therapy. |
