Objective:This study was aimed to investigate the in vitro inhibitory efects of DC(dendritic cel1)-CIK(cytokine-induced killer cel1)cocultured cells combined with cis-platinum against Breast cancer cell line MCF-7 cells.Methods:In this study,the DC cells and CIK cells co-cultured DC-CIK cells and in MCF-7 cells co-cultured for 12,24 and 48 hours,using the MTT assay MCF-7 cell proliferation inhibition and using different concentrations the chemotherapy drug cisplatin role in MCF-7 cells,using the same MTT assay MCF-7 cell proliferation inhibition. Then compare the inhibitory effect of DC-CIK cells and the chemotherapy drug cisplatin proliferation of MCF-7 cells.Results:Addition of DC-CIK cells using MTT assay DC-CIK role in the MCF-7 cell proliferation of MCF-7 before and after the show,regardless of the role of 12,24 or 48 hours,MCF-7 cells apoptosis,proliferation was significantly inhibited. DC-CIK and cisplatin on MCF-7 proliferation inhibition comparison,5×104 cells proliferation of MCF-7 cells 12 h inhibition with 40 ng /ml concentration of cisplatin on the proliferation of MCF-7 cells for 12 h inhibition equivalent for 24 h inhibited with 50 ng /ml cisplatin equivalent to the inhibition of proliferation of MCF-7 cells 24 h,48h role in the inhibition of 60 ng /ml of cisplatin on the proliferation of MCF-7 cells the 24 h of inhibition basic equivalent. The results show that the DC-CIK cells to inhibit the proliferation of MCF-7 cells.Conclusion:This study DC-CIK therapy for breast cancer made a laboratory for basic research,the results show that this approach can achieve the same chemotherapy drugs inhibit the proliferation of breast cancer cells. The regardless of the role of 12,24 or 48 hours,MCF-7cells apoptosis,proliferation was significantly inhibited.
