Expression Of MUC1 In Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma And Its Clinical Significance

Objective: In order to explore expression of MUC1 and CA199 in hepatolithiasis and correlation between CA199 and MUC1.Methods: 46 cases of hepatolithiasis as experimental group, 15 cases of liver benign tumor as contrast group, detecting expression of MUC1 and CA199 in hepatolithiasis.Results:expression of MUCl and CA199 are statistically significant between the experimental group and contrast group.Conclusion: expression of MUC1 is higher in hepatolithiasis. CA199 can increase at the same time.
