Objective:To investigate the relationship between the18F-FDG standardized uptake value with the morphology, pathologic type of lung cancer.Method : A retrospective analysis of 68 patients who underwent PET / CT examination, based on tumor size, morphology and pathologic type.By the tumor maximum diameter ≤ 3cm、3-7cm、> 7cm there are three groups; choose maximum tumor diameter ≤ 7cm of cases by pathologic type into squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, small cell carcinoma of the three groups; choose pathologic type adenocarcinoma and a maximum diameter of less than 7cm mass,According to the form is divided into a leaf or burrs and no lobulation, spiculation in two groups. Analysis of each group with18F-FDG standardized uptake value(maximum value measured, expressed as SUVmax) whether there are significant differences.Result:≤3cm,3-7cm,> 7cm SUVmax three groups were 10.74±3.20、10.61±3.27、13.89±3.31,Single factor variance analysis(F=16.5, P <0.01> 7cm group SUVmax higher than the other two groups; squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, small cell carcinoma of the three groups SUVmax are 17.10±2.78、9.32±2.01、9.67±2.53, Single factor variance analysis(F=19.3, P <0.01), between the two groups, adenocarcinoma and small cell carcinoma SUVmax no significant difference(P> 0.05); leaf or the spiculation group and there are no leaf or the spiculation SUVmax are 8.97±2.44 、9.69±2.13, no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:pathological type and diameter can affect the SUV value, lesions>7cm group SUV values higher than ≤7cm group; squamous cell carcinoma SUV higher than adenocarcinoma and small cell carcinoma;different morphological features of the lesions CT SUV was no significant difference.
