Clinical Comparison Of The Treatment Of Chronic Anal Fissure With The Posterior Lumbar Jaw Release And Internal Sphincter Posterior Release

Objective:To seek for a operation method for the chronic anal fissure,which is little trauma, short course of treatment, fewer complications, safety and efficiency, simple operation.Methods:Gather 60 anorectal patients of chronic anal fissure in the affiliated hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2013 October to 2014 October. According to the principle of random and contrast,60 patients according to the treatment sequence number divided into the observation group and the contrast group, each group of 30 cases. The observation group used the clamping and soluting side back position internal sphincter and the contrast group adopted lysis of posterior position internal sphincter. Observed and recorded the situation of postoperative pain (the duration of the anal pain in the operation day, the degree of the first changing of dressing and first defecation), dysuria, bleeding, infection, the anus function evaluation,healing time of incisions,hospitalization and recurrence of two groups.Make the statistical analysis for observations of two groups with SPSS19.0 software.Results:The observation group was prior to contrast group, in reducing postoperative anal pain degree of, the difficulty of postoperative urination,postoperative bleeding, shortening healing time of incisions (P<0.05).There was not statistical significance between the two groups in the postoperative anal pain duration, postoperative infection, anal function, hospitalization time and recurrence (P>0.05). The cure rate of the two groups both were 100% and there were no adverse reactions, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:clamping and soluting side back position internal sphincter could obtain satisfactory clinical effect, in particular, the advantages in the aspects of shortening healing time of incisions, reducing postoperative complications.And the operation method is little trauma,simple operation,safety and efficiency. It is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
