Purpose:This paper focuses on the meta analysis, an objective evaluation of the effectiveness of traditional chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of ISR,provide evidence for traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of more real.Methods:This paper adopts computer network retrieval domestic main database of nearly 10 years, Including the CNKI database、VIP database、Wanfang database、 Pubmed database、EBSCO database and manually added to retrieve, get all the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) in patients with oral TCM to prevent and treat ISR.Using the improved Jadad scale for quality assessment of included studies. extracting information and data from the research literature,using Review Manager5.3 software to do the meta analysis.Results:In the end into 20 studies, Only 2 articles of high quality,the rest are low quality literature,Meta analysis showed that:In reducing the incidence rate of ISR、MACE、angina and PCI again,oral traditional chinese medicine treatment is superior to western medicine clinical treatment.In reducing the incidence rate of adverse reactions,oral traditional chinese medicine treatment has no advantage. Sensitivity analysis shows the effectevaluation of stability.Conclusion:Oral Chinese medicine treatment may have some effect in prevention and treatment of ISR,But this meta analysis is the quality of the included studies are not high, and there are many limitations,The curative effect of oral traditional chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of ISR can not draw the final conclusion, so look forward to the future with RCTs test more rigorously designed to make further evaluation.
