Experimental VAS scores before from treatment of 8.11±0.56 to 0.56±0.48, the control VAS score points from treatment before 7.90±1.09 to 1.09±0.92 mm, there are significant difference before and after treatment, the difference between the end of the treatment group was significant.5. The experimental group Bathel index rose from 65.83±14.89 before treatment to 92.50±5.50, the control group before the treatment of 66.87±9.09 to 82.00±8.60, there are significant difference before and after treatment, there are significant difference between the end of the treatment group.Conclusion:1.After the loose joint training with foot subtalar joints, from loose with boat articular joints, such as joint training in promoting rigid ankle rehabilitation curative effect is superior to the pure loose after the joint training.2.Foot subtalar joints, small spacing with boat joint loose joint training in promoting rigid ankle rehabilitation, curative effect, safe and effective. In the rehabilitation process found no obvious complications, easy operation, continuous, easy for the lower tibiofibula fracture, fracture near the ankle, foot and rehabilitation to promote functional recovery has a higher application value.
