Objective: To analyses without surgical indications of conservative treatment calcaneal fractures complicated with high risk factors of the ankle joint stiffness. Methods: to collect all from orthopaedic hospital rehabilitation department of Si Chuan province in 2011-2016 period of diagnosis and treatment of surgical indications in patients with calcaneal fractures,a total of 129 patients with collecting(131 feet),with 64 cases complicated with ankle joint stiffness is(disease at a rate of 48.8%).Treated 129 patients(131 feet)in the process of information collection, classification, sorting, and a list of statistics, encoding,USES the logistic after single factor regression analysis, respectively to patients’ age, sex, type of calcaneal fractures, whether there is a same side around the ankle injury and external fixation braking time before and after 12 clinical evaluation factors and whether patients with ankle joint stiffness were analyzed, and the relationship between the significant(P < 0.05)of the relevant factors in comprehensive summary, and further using the regressive method of logistic multi-factor analysis for further analysis, the final factor into the equation is the type without surgical indications calcaneal fractures complicated with high risk factors of the ankle joint stiffness after conservative treatment.According to the high risk factors of the OR value[Exp(B)] and B value to determine the factors associated with ankle joint stiffness of concurrent degree. Results:Single factor regression analysis by logistic ipsilateral around the ankle injury, rehabilitation intervention time, external fixation braking time, and from the joint surface quality and specification of rigid ankle rehabilitation guidance for leading the factors.By logistic multifactor regression analysis indicates that the high risk factors lead to ankle joint stiffness is: merger ipsilateral around the ankle injury, external fixation braking time is long, and from the poor quality of joint surface and later rehabilitation intervention in time.Comparing their OR value and B value,it is concluded that the most risk factors for merger ipsilateral around the ankle injury(OR value = 35.008),followed by with is apart from the poor quality of joint surface(OR value = 12.526),and later rehabilitation intervention time and external fixation relatively small differences between braking time is long, outside the relationship for the fixed braking time(OR value =3.813)than the rehabilitation intervention time value(OR value=3.158).Conclusion: In the face of high incidence of ankle stiffness, relative to the prevention treatment should be more clearly worth attention,by the analysis of this study,no surgical indications of calcaneal fractures after conservative treatment to the ankle joint stiffness of risk factors include: merger ipsilateral around the ankle injury, poor recovery of joint face, long braking time and later rehabilitation intervention in time; Therefore, for ipsilateral ankle merging multiple lesions and patients with is apart from the quality of joint surface was bad, should strengthen the doctor-patient communication, how to judge and to the prognosis of these diseases forecast, avoid unnecessary doctor-patient conflicts, strengthen the confidence of the patient to face and overcome the disease; In addition, when a lot of research and clinical stability fracture indicate no surgical indications should be long-term external fixation brake is given priority to treatment, this study found that for a long period of time fixed braking, recreation is one of the main risk factors lead to limb joint stiffness, and shorten the braking time of limb external fixation and early professional rehabilitation therapy may reduce the stiffness of the concurrent rate.Especially in the function first today.
