Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Rehabilitation Therapy On Limb Motor Function And Daily Living Ability In Patients With Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objectivie:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture and rehabilitation combining therapy in the treatment of ischemic stroke limb dysfunction and loss of activity of daily living in acute stage.Methods:60 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group received routine medical treatment, and the treatment group received comprehensive therapy and medical treatment,for a total of 4 weeks.When receiving 2 weeks and 4 weeks, we evaluate patients’ limb function and ability of daily life by Fugl-Meyer index(FMA),Brunstrom and Bathel index(BI).Results:FMA scores of two groups have no significant differences at baseline (P> 0.05). After treatment for 2 and 4 weeks, there are significant differences between the groups score(P<0.05).The two groups in any of the two time points were significantly different in their own group(P< 0.01).After treatment for 2 weeks, there are no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment for 4 weeks, there are significant differences between the groups score(P<0.05).FMA scores in any of the two time points are significantly different in treatment group(P<0.05).FMA scores of 2th and 4th week,4th week and baseline have significant differences(P<0.05),no differences of baseline and 2th week(P>0.05).BI scores of two groups have no significant differences at baseline (P> 0.05).After treatment for 4 weeks, there are significant differences between the groups score(P<0.05).BI scores of before and after are significantly different in own group(P<0.01)..Conclusion:1.acute ischemic stroke patients, in the conventional treatment of Western medicine,adding acupuncture and rehabilitation comprehensive treatment,will lead to a better efficacy of limb function.2.acute ischemic stroke patients, in the conventional treatment of Western medicine,adding acupuncture and rehabilitation comprehensive treatment,will lead to a better efficacy of the activity of daily living.3.acupuncture and rehabilitation comprehensive treatment had security in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
