Major research as follows:Systematic surveys in the whole tobacco growth period in Fangxian Tobacco growing areas showed that:in this area, the commen pest are Heliothis assulta,,DOlycoris and Oecanthus longicauda Matsumura. Among those commen pest, soil pest Agrotis and Myzus persicae are the majority; tobacco aphid had a smaller population but occurred more commonly, it can infect tobacco in the whole growth period, which should be pay attention to.In order to reduce tobacco seedling damage by soil pests, to help the tobacco crop grow evenly and consistently, we tried to find the optimal transplant period without using any pesticides. The test results showed that:With the time goes by, the soil pest damages on transplanted tobacco seedlings were reduced gradually, the rate of hazard was significantly decreased. Concerned the tobacco reproductive period, May 20 is most suitable for transplant.In order to reduce the amount of pesticide residues in tobacco and prevent pest resistance to chemical pesticides on the formation and destruction of natural enemies and the natural environment, plant pesticide derived from natural, safe nonpolluting, is the traditional chemical pesticides a good substitute. The test results show that azadirachtin can be a good alternative to lambda cyhalothrin EC (the improper use of agents) in Daejeon is widely used, the effect equivalent.
