For researching the affect of allograft microencapsulation pineal cells to goat's reproductive system, for the experiment, first of all, we took the goats to divide two sets, to assume test team and control group, per group have three goats, to raise and manage according to groovy raising method; we appraised the pineal cells applying the method of detecting the content of melatonin in nutrient medium through high performance liquid chromatography; we preparated microcapsule using barium chloride as cross linking agent and purified sodium alginate according to the one-step way into the capsule, made culturing the microencapsulation parcel goat pineal cells in vitro and allograft to test team goat back subcutaneous, then sewing and disinfection; we took goat's blood sample at experimental different time, injected a anticoagulation tube, then centrifugal and obtained the blood plasma, then the blood plasma had been extracted, at the same time, we founded the chromatographic condition, then detected the content of melatonin in blood plasma through high performance liquid chromatography, and deteceted the content of estradiol follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone directly in blood plasma by electro chemical luminescence immunoassay, at the same time, comparing the corresponding result of the control group.The result were that comparing the corresponding result of the control group, the content of melatonin estradiol and follicle-stimulating hormone were disparity quiet(P>0.05)at the one day after transplanting; the content of melatonin estradiol and follicle-stimulating hormone were disparity very predominance (P<0.01) at the four day after transplanting; at the seven day after transplanting, the content of melatonin was disparity predominance (P<0.05), the content of estradiol was disparity very predominance (P<0.01), the content of follicle-stimulating hormone was disparity quiet(P>0.05); the content of luteinizing hormone was fairly low in the whole experiment.The result of experiment indicated:allograft microencapsulation pineal cells were metabolism in normal and secretion function prosperity at some time in the goat's body, elevated the content of melatonin in the goat blood, meanwhile, suffering the influence of the content of melatonin, the content of reproductive hormone assuming estradiol and follicle-stimulating hormone also had a little fluctuation, but at the last of the test, microencapsulation pineal cells died for inflammatory cells soakage microcapsule to lead fibrosis and the capsule of cells were lacking requisite nutrient substance for existing, it made the allograft experiment last time short.
