Viburnum opulus L. is belong to caprifoliaceous viburnum Linn. It is cluster deciduous small shrubs.Its has high ornamental value. It has green leaves, white flowers and red fruits. It can be plant in forest edge, the edge of grasslands, roadside and the north of building. It has different degree of smoke pollution resistant capability, afforest in factories and mines. Viburnum opulus L. also has medicinal value, plants contain chlorogenic acid, ursolic acid,β-sitosterol and flavonoids and other inqredients. This paper studies about Viburnum opulus L. potted, with abundant cultivated form of Viburnum opulus L., expand the scope of application, can efficient rapid propagation.This experiment uses the cutting seedling of Viburnum opulus L.as test material. Through orthogonal design setup three factors are the formula of nutrient, the formula of matrix and the way of watering in greenhouse conditions.The experiment adopts orthogonal design, setup three factors are the formula of nutrient, the formula of matrix and the way of watering. Each factor is three levels. Determine morphological indexes and physiological indexes include leaf length plus width, yearly growth of plant high, the chlorophyll content and the content of chlorogenic acid, photosynthetic rate and stomata conductance, the content of mineral elements in leaf, physical and chemical properties of matrix etc in each treatment combinations. The test results of the content of chlorophyll in Viburnum opulus L. under different test conditions:the group that produces highest content of chlorophyll is the combination of Hoagland and Snyde as the nutrient solution, one prelate plus one Taoli plus one Caotan plus one Zhi shi as the matrix and spraying water over plants and matrix as the way of watering. The highest content is 0.399mg/g.6. The greater density matrix is suitable for the soilless cultivation Viburnum opulus L.'growth.Due to matrix density is large; the root of the plant fixed effect is good.
