| Citrus suavisima.Hort.ex Tanaka(C. Tanaka) is a new cultivariety which belongs to citrus of rutaceae. It is a local-characteristics citrus variety which distributes in coastal area of Oujiang River in south of Zhejiang province in China. Citrus. reticulata Blanco cv. Ougan(C. ougan) is a bud mutation single plant bred from the Citrus suavisima.Hort.ex Tanaka. The paper used the Citrus. reticulata Blanco cv. Ougan and Citrus suavisima. Hort. ex Tanaka fruit as the experimental object. And the research and analysis of the main functional components and bioactivity provided theoretical basis for expanding planting area of C. ougan. The main results in this were as follows:1,Through systemic research of the Tanaka fruit chemical components , Six compounds were isolated from the petroleum and acetic ether extracti on of the C. Tanaka fruit juice. Their structures were identified as eugenol (1) ,β- sitosterol (2) , hesperetin ( 4) , hesperidin(5), naringin(6), neohesperidin(6).2,Based on the orthogonal design, the optimal production process condition for extraction of the total flavonoids in C. Tanaka and C. ougan fruit was as follows: with 80% alcohol for 3 times, with the solvent volume 18 folds amount and reflux for 1 hours in turn.3,Content difference fo functional components in C. Tanaka and C. ougan fruit was studied with 7 physical and chemical detection item.The result showed that the value in C. Tanaka fruit was higher than that in C. ougan fruit except the value of titratable acid. The total flavonoids content in C. Tanaka peel was higher than which in C. ougan. The difference of total phenolic acid(TPA) content was significant compared with the two kinds of fruiis which were picked in different areas.And the contents in the peel were higher than which in the pulp.The content of TPA in C. Tanaka fruit was lower than in C. ougan fruit.4,The method of HPLC simultaneous determination of hesperidin, naringin and neohesperidin was established.The result was showed that the content of these three kinds flavonoid glycosides in C. Tanaka fruit pulp was slightly higher than that in C. Tanaka fruit.But the content in C. ougan peel was lower. But there was no obvious difference between C. Tanaka fruit and C. ougan fruit.5,Through comparative study of antioxidant activity in C. Tanaka fruit and C. ougan fruit, the results showed that two kinds of the fruit had sronge antioxidant activity. The diffrence of the antioxidant activity was found between C. Tanaka fruit and C. ougan fruit. But there was no obvious difference. |
