The arid areas in Xinjiang-scarce precipitation, dry climate, insufficient water resources, serious soil erosion, fragile ecological environment, is a typical "desert oasis, irrigated agriculture.In recent years, advanced and efficient water-saving irrigation technology has been successfully tested in Xinjiang, and gradually phase into the demonstration and promotion. The thesis topics and research work is based on part of the technology demonstration of the national science and technology supporting projects "Oasis agricultural water saving technology research and demonstration".First, the thesis by constructing water-saving irrigation technical and economic evaluation index system and using synthesis indicator method, compares and analyzes the economic effects of two technology demonstration (Korla city of Baotou Lake farm cotton drip irrigation technology and intelligent Yuli Township Tarim Tarim village cotton brackish water drip irrigation technology) and conventional irrigation (flooding), which comes to a conclusion that two technology demonstration has the good output, income and obvious water-saving effect.Secondly, the thesis uses variance analysis and gray correlation analysis method to analyze yield variation and influencing factors of different irrigation technology. The results showed that:there is a big fluctuation in the output of Korla intelligent drip irrigation, compared with conventional irrigation, the mean yield is significantly higher and there are significant differences between these two; contrary, Yuli brackish water drip irrigation has less volatile output, compared with conventional irrigation, yield was slightly higher, the difference is not so significant. Water quantity and operating expenses machinery made the most influence on intelligent irrigation and brackish water drip irrigation, followed by chemical fertilizer and pesticide use.Again, the thesis uses break balance analysis method on completely cost and incomplete cost used under saving irrigation technology. By calculating and analyzing the yield, prices cost economics critical point, obtains that in completely cost and incomplete cost farmers intelligent drip and brackish water drip have certain profit space and risk aversion ability conclusions.Finally, according to the technology demonstration of the economic evaluation results, this thesis presents a better suggesting on promoting the popularity of water-saving irrigation technology countermeasures, including technical extension and irrigation management. Technical extension is to support farmers to put water-saving irrigation technologies independently, including of:(1) establish financial fund to sustain investment of water-saving irrigation;(2) providing credit support to the farmers' input into water-saving irrigation technology; (3) establishing water rights trading market, improve the use of paid transfer of water resources system to realize "who save water, will benefit.". Irrigation management includes of:(1) reforming the way water metering and collecting; (2) the establishment and improvement of WUA, fully mobilize farmers' initiative in irrigation management, strengthen irrigation management and eliminate loopholes in water management; (3) protecting the agricultural use of electricity during the peak period of summer irrigation and changing the farmers' concept of irrigation, to ensure water-saving irrigation system can be strictly enforced.
