This paper used radicle, hypocotyle, cotyledon, euphyllas of virto seeding of Cuminum cyminum Las explants. The effects of explants and plant growth regulators on callus induction, differentiation and plant regeneration of Cuminum cyminum L.were studied. The main contents and results as follows:1 Plant regeneration from radicle: The best sterilized in 1% NaClO with 15 min, the rate of germination of seeds were 98.7%, the containation were 12.3%;The best medium of callus induction was MS medium with 2,4-D1.0 mg/L+6-BA0.1 mg/L, the rate of callus induction were 97.6%;The preferred subculture medium was MS basal medium containing NAA0.5 mg/L+6-BA0.5 mg/L, the rate of callus division was 97.3%; Dark culture could increase the multiplication rate. The MS medium with KT 2.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L was preferable for inducing adventitious shoot, the rate of differentiation was 36.9%.2 Plant regeneration from hyPocotyls:The best medium of callus induction was MS medium with 2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+6-BA0.3 mg/L, the rate of callus induction were 100%;the preferred subculture medium was MS basal medium containing NAA 1.0 mg/L and 6-BA 0.5 mg/L, the rate of callus division was 100%;The MS medium with 6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L was preferable for inducing adventitious shoot. the rate of differentiation was 78.9%. The 1/2MS medium with NAA 0.6 mg/L was suitable for the rooting and the rate of rooting was 100 %. The optimum medium was 1/2MS, Dark culture could increase the rooting rate.3 Plant regeneration from cotyledon:The best medium of callus induction was MS medium with 2,4-D 2.0 mg/L and 6-BA 0.3 mg/L, the rate of callus induction were 100%; the preferred subculture medium was MS basal medium containing NAA 2.0 mg/L and 6-BA 1.0 mg/L, the rate of callus division was 97.3%;The MS medium with 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L was preferable for inducing adventitious shoot, the rate of differentiation was 76.6%.4 Plant regeneration from euphyllas:The best medium of callus induction was MS medium with 2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 0.1 mg/L, the rate of callus induction were 100%; the preferred subculture medium was MS basal medium containing NAA 2.0 mg/L and 6-BA 0.5 mg/L, the rate of callus induction were 100%; The MS medium with 2.0 mg/L KT+0.3 mg/L NAA was preferable for inducing adventitious shoot, the rate of differentiation was 63.3%. The 1/2MS medium with NAA 0.6 mg/L+IBA0.5 mg/L was suitable for the rooting and the rate of rooting was 97.8%.Transplanting substrate with peat and pearlite was the best, the mass ratio was 2:1 as medium where the survival rate could reach 93.7%.
