This paper dealt with callus inductions with different Paulownia tree leaves of Paulownia tomentosa, P. australis Gong tong, P. fortunei. P. elongata and P. yuzayihao and their plantlet regenerations. The results indicated that MS medium was found to be the basic one from 1/2MS. MS. B. N, and PC that induced callus with five species of Paulownia tree leaves . and that the fittest media induced callus , bud and root from explains were MS+0. 5NAA+4 6-BA, MS+0. 3NAA+2 6-BA or MS+0. 7NAA+6 6-BA, MS+0. 3NAA+4 6-BA. MS+0. 3NAA+6 6-BA. MS+0. 3NAA+8 6-BA and MS+0. 3NAA+8 6-BA; MS+0. 3NAA+12 6-BA, 0. 3NAA+12 6-BA, MS+0. 5NAA+12 6-BA, MS+0. 5NAA+12 6-BA and MS+0. 7NAA+12 6-BA: 1/2MS+0. 1NAA, 1/2MS+0. 1NAA. 1/2MS. 1/2MS+0. 3NAA and 1/2MS+0. 5NAA from 36 . 18 and 5 combinations with different NAA and 6 -BA concentrations. These results49laid foundation for breeding new fine varieties with different kinds of Paulownia protoplasts.
