This thesis is based on Korla fragrant pear to be experimental material,300 mg·kg-1PP333 and 50 mg·kg-1GA3 spouted to Korla fragrant pear trees at florescence, picked calyxs at the calyx developing stage, the difference of calyx tube microstructure used two disposals was studied; The young fruits were 0.3% Ca(NO3)2 and 50 mg·L-1H4SiO4 at early dates, and picked fruits at autumn,studding the influence of Ca(NO3)2 and H4SiO4 affected rough skin pears; picked rough skin pears every 15 days at pears skin were becoming rough at beginning, studding the difference microstructure of rough skin pears and without rough skin pears. Mostly results as follows:1. Average area of vascular bundle of calyx tube tissue structure which disposed by GA3 is bigger, and vascular bundle only have vessel at the early calyx developing, withing the calyx tube developing, many sieve tube cells and idioblasts which gradually appeared ensured to provide calyx with nutrient and moisture, so that calyx tube did not engender abscission layer and did not break off and developed Persistent calyx fruit. Young fruit calyx tube which disposed by PP333 only have vessel of vascular bundle,and sieve tube cells and idioblasts did not engender and calyx lacked nutrient and moisture, so that abscission layer appeared at the late young fruit calyx tube developing stage and calyx tube break off and young fruit become no calyx fruit.2. In fruits developing process, cutin velum of Rough skin of Fragrant pear were more flimsy than without Rough skin of Fragrant pear in same dates; Epidermis layer were rougher than without Rough skin of Fragrant pear in same dates and rough extent gradually became big; In fruits developing anaphase, Rough skin of fragrant pears were pressed for tannin than without Rough skin of fragrant pears; group of parenchyma cells were fewer than without Rough skin of Fragrant pear in same dates, but parenchyma cells around stone cells were more and narrow longer than without Rough skin of Fragrant pear in same dates; therefore, surface of rough skin of fragrant pears were rough. Fruits had little water and flesh was granulated and lacked juice; but without Rough skin of fragrant pears had more water and juice, and fruit surface was not rough.3. The fruit trees were disposed by Ca(NO3)2,let dissoluble sugar content and tannin content and dissoluble solid matter content of rough skin pears were more marked up than comparison rough skin pears and stone cells content more marked down than comparison rough skin pears, but all did not reach content of comparison without rough skin pears, and let organic acid content and tannin content of without rough skin pears were more marked up than comparison without rough skin pears, fibre content and dissoluble solid matter content were more marked down than comparison without rough skin pears; The fruit trees were disposed by H4Si04,let dissoluble sugar content and vitamin C content and or ganic acid content and dissoluble solid matter content of rough skin pears were more marked up than comparison rough skin pears, tannin content and stone cells content and rough fibre content were more marked down than comparison rough skin pears, dissoluble sugar content and rough fibre content and dissoluble solid matter content among them reached content of comparison without rough skin pears, but rough fibre content of without rough skin pears were more marked down than comparison without rough skin pears, and dissoluble solid matter content of without rough skin pears were marked up than comparison without rough skin pears.
